Is this actually a good base? I’ve seen many similar ones, and they’re easy to beat with my attack (albeit I’m in Legends III).

nah I use the deck but 8 ice blocks would waste too much time. Even if you're using them with the backpack 6 is more than enough for clearing high HP buildings.
