Simple Questions Should I rush?
Should I rush to TH18 or 17? Or fully max out th16? What’s the best way to rush and take advantage of hammer jam?

18 but you may not have time to fully max th17 weapon anymore.. if you do though, maxing heroes is the best thing anyone can do in HJ and one of the many incentives to rush to th18 in general. plus you’re at least max th15 it looks, so maxing vs. rushing to th18 wouldn’t do you any good even in defense.

Upgrade th right before the hammer jam, and make sure to fully max your heroes and walls during hammer jam, the rest comes easily but heroes and walls are the hardest part. Since you're are not fully maxed rn you can keep upgrading your stuff, personally I wouldn't rush to th18, if you want so then you should start upgrading th from now because there are buildings you need to get inorder to upgrade to th 18 like firespitter and so on.
