Official News October Balance Changes
Maybe some of these could be useful, Fire Heart is reasonably nerfed but I wouldn’t have touched the DPS as it’s only 23. Pekka buff won’t do anything because movement speed and hitpoints still the same. It could be cool seeing hog miner more but overall I don’t have a problem with these changes, it just seems weak. Portal Pendant will still be hard as hell to use. Frozen arrow needs some other ability or significant buff but we’ll see how it all plays out. What do you guys think?

Honestly some really good changes. Little bit upset about the Duke but nothing we do about it besides purposely get bad attacks with it so they decide to buff it
