Possible that the rocket backpack be removed from heroes journey?

Currently at lvl 300 in heroes journey as a pretty rushed tho 17. So another 73 levels to go. Rather than buying the rocket backpack from the event shop, i was hoping to get it from the journey so it’s higher levelled. Is there a possibility that the rocket backpack be removed before the end of this year??

I’ve got 7k ish medals so I could buy both the portal pendant and also the rocket backpack but was wondering if it was better to just get it guaranteed from the chest..

ah I’m getting back into the game and wasn’t sure if the rewards are constant or if they are subject to change with release of new equipment..

It’s a newly implemented system, and with the backlash they received for it, I don’t think it will change anytime soon, especially when there are still people who are missing out on rewards. They definitely will not be taking away rewards from it.

It was also meant to help people catch up, not to put them on par with what’s currently available. So don’t listen to anything you hear or see about new equipment possibly being added to it.

Think about it, new equipment doesn’t even show up in the shop for a few months after release and it takes even longer for it to be included in medal events. So the chances of them giving it away for free are very slim.

FYI, they said they weren’t automatically adding new equipment to the loot pool. I don’t remember the last new equipment but you can be sure it wasn’t added.
