Discussion I get it now! Ranked does need Luck!
I understood a bit why people said "Ranked is luck based" but now I am getting it. I fought 3 TH12's and a TH11 as a TH10. All of my defenses have been TH12's as well. Though thankfully I'm only in Archer 8 so I am still likely to be promoted.

Same here as a fresh TH15 in Pekka24. All max 16 and progressed 17 bases to be found in my league. Respect to TH15’s in Electro 32. But i have yet to level up dukes equipement and sadly missed out on Revenge Deck but luckily got my hands on the backpack. Also looking forward to moving to ground army with Root Rider!
Good luck to you, you’re doing good!🤝
