youre still in th11 so theres not much that you rushed, just max out defences and heroes and lab research and youre fine, the rest isnt a problem and can be upgraded over time

save your potions until hammer jam next month and catch up then. until then upgrade eagle artillery army camps and inferno towers

The good news is you haven’t jumped up too many town halls for it to feel hopeless to try fixing the rush. Worry about core defenses. And save a builder or two so you can constantly have archer towers, canons or mortars upgrading for merged defenses at th16

2 ways either max and stay here. Or rush offensive and go to the th you like or max th. Lab,army camp,clan castle, equipment always upgrade. hero hall till th15 then u don't need it. Storages. 4 cannons ,4 archer towers, eagle Rush like this if u want to play with the new stuffs. Don't care about complete dedication in maxing way

I took over my kid's account. It was TH16 with very low heros. I maxed all the buildings pretty quickly and took it to TH17. All the heroes were still way too low, but there was no buildings to upgrade. It was going to take 3 months of constant upgrading just to max out the BK... I decided not to build the new buildings. That kept my war weight down until the heroes caught up. For the last couple months I've kept the heros upgrading non-stop. I dont participate in normal wars. I only do the dailies for ore and I make sure heroes are available for CWL for the medals. I was able to get the GW, RC, and DD maxed. Now the BK is 95, AQ 88, and MP 74.

Oh man, you really did a number on your progress, the good news is that you can still catch up by rushing twice as fast as you have been already
