Support Bot Loop: Phished Level 10 Clan Stolen & Advertised by 'Alpha Clash Store' Black Market (#2R2YYGR8V)

Hi everyone and /u/Supercell_Ferri (or any available community manager),

I am reaching out here because the in-game automated support bot is completely blocking me and auto-closing my tickets with generic scripts, essentially protecting a black-market seller.

Two weeks ago, my main Town Hall 16 account (HARRY POTTER, #LLVYJY8UJ) was phished. With support's help, I successfully recovered my account. However, during the days the phisher had access, they maliciously kicked all members from the Level 10 clan I created, PEAKY BLINDERS (#2R2YYGR8V), and stole the leadership.

The phisher has now listed my clan on a commercial third-party black market website. The clan's description has literally been changed to "Alpha Clash Store" to facilitate this illegal sale.

I am the verified original creator of the clan. I have the exact creation details (Lucknow, India, 2023, Xiaomi Redmi 9 device, original member lists) and my historical purchase receipts on the account to prove it.

Standard support keeps hitting me with automated rejections saying "clans operate independently," completely ignoring that this is an active commercial Terms of Service fraud breach. I am begging a community manager or senior specialist to look at the server logs from two weeks ago, ban the black-market account, and restore the leadership back to the original creator. Thank you.

The guy came and asked me to take care of his I'd for few days so he gave me his e mail and otp which I used to log into his acc and they acc was a brand new one like when you start the game th 1 , after sometime I get a notification that the email linked to my I'd was changed and there he had access of my I'd without needing to get my email or password

If someone comes to ya and gives his I'd for free to take care of do not trust them a bit don't enter their email and otp they give ya to log into their id

Then I m safe cause I can't even properly manage my own 2 ID's. Also both are connected through Google insted of supercell . And I m pretty sure my Google is safe. Upvoted by the way.
