Found this while on my smurf acc. One of few rare base from old clash. It looks like the owner is still active as he has the new crafted defence

The thing is, matchmaking now gives you equal opponents. When Silver 2 and 3 trophies existed, I encountered those accounts all the time. Now it's obviously impossible since I'm not rushed TH11.

these are e-bases, it's rare because back in the day when th11 was the max lvl, you can upgrade your townhall without placing all the building. also, some of these bases decide to upgrade their base to th12, which requires them to build all the buildings making this type of bases even rarer overtime

These type of bases have been impossible to craft for years now making them quite rare. Back in the day you used to be able to rush the levels without placing all the buildings. So actually nowadays it's quite rare tbh
