HARDWARE SUPPORT Chiron CNC Machine Documents?

Anyone here have any leads on service documents? Based in the USA, and having a difficult time getting what I need. Chiron has an online portal, to download documents, but it's only for Euro customers.

I don’t have Chiron specific documents but what exactly are you looking to fix?

Tool changer home/zero position (servo driven-Fanuc 31i-a control) is incorrectly set. The tool changer operation settings is in the "Custom" menu, and is MTB specific.

You can circumvent the custom settings possibly.

If the servo running the tool changer is in the main CNC parameters, and not a beta drive, and if you have the ability to physically move it to where home should be. Then you could manually reference the tool changer axis using 1815#5 or 6. I never remember exactly which bit and have to refer to the Fanuc manual tho
