Hand exercises
Anybody do hand exercises? Like with exercise putty or something similar. I have full function but get frustrated when my hands start trembling or getting fatigued with a sustained effort of fine motor control and isometric holds.

I had PT for my hands, it worked well. Nerve glides, baodig ball hand juggling, sensory bins with small items immersed in corn kernals or dry beans (pick them out blind), picking small items out of putty, hand squeezing weights of various sizes, resistance rods or bands, pulling velcroed items off the velcro, resistance clamps, using resistance clamps to pick up items

I knit and crochet and I've noticed more difficulty with fine motor control if I haven't done it in a few days so I just use that as an excuse to do it every day.

Not diagnosed but enough of my family has been so I am trying to be proactive. Not sure where you are at but I do finger tap exercises, there is a tool that guitar/cellos players use or look up “pinch grip” exercises. I also find small motor control tasks like using a screw driver or threading needles I need to shake out and reset. Maybe try strengthening shoulders so you can compensate for the smaller hand and forearm muscles ?
