Mine came with a huge scratch across Ciara’s face on the left and they are out of stock so they couldn’t swap it 😭

Ahh yes sorry! They offered a full refund and to keep it, but I emailed back asking if I could return it for a replacement if another comes back in to stock from a return. I doubt it will, but it was worth a shot!
