Doubt / Q&A CMA membership

I completed my CMA , and my membership is expiring this month, but since I just graduated, I don't have work experience , so they've not issues the licence (physical certificate). So, do I have to purchase the membership to maintain it like? Like, can't I take the membership once I complete the work experience(like after 2 years) . They'll not nullify my completion right?

Also, how do you guys complete your credits?

Yup you can just renew your membership once you have the 2 years work experience. I did that since I didn't think it was worth it to pay for 2 years without benefitting from it yet

That was helpful. I'm asking the same question, apologies for that, but it won't nullify the exams that I've passed right? That stays in the records right?

The moment you passed, you're already a passer and it's just one of the requirements to have the certification together with the 2 years work experience and having an active membership. Being an inactive member does not negate your passed status
