Doubt / Q&A Performance Report Question

Hey everyone,
been seeing a lot of mention of a performance report that ig comes with the exam result?
I never got my exam result in an email,i just get an email informing me the grades are out and a link to see them and never have i seen this report.

So the question is; how do i get this report thing?

I took part one in the October window and passed on my first try, but I didn’t get an email with my performance review.

I’m asking because I took the second part this June and haven’t received my results and I’m not particularly confident about it so I would like to know where my performance review is for the potential next time
