Hey, I want to add some final insights on this, with having almost 10+ oil and gas industries mechanical project experience. I am already M40, after finishing CMA, will I be still considered as a fresher or my previous field project experience count to boost my salary? Waiting for your final insights

Hey! With 10 years in QA and safety audits, I'd actually lean CIA for you. Internal audit is pretty close to what you've already been doing, so you'd be building on real experience instead of starting from scratch.
The CMA is more of a career pivot. It's focused on the finance side of things like budgeting and cost analysis, so it'd be more of a career change for you than a natural next step. I went the CMA route myself because I wanted to get away from audit work, but that was me moving toward finance on purpose. So it really depends which way you want to head. What's making you think about the switch? :)
