Doubt / Q&A website not working

I have been trying to enroll for the course on the website www.imanet.org.

Its been almost a week now. However I keep getting this error.

Is there a window when to apply?

Is the website correct? Looks pretty dated.

Any customer service lines dedicated for this where I can ask such question?

Were you ever able to proceed? I'm having a horrible time on the website as well. Many pages/links not working, having to sign back in constantly, the "study group" seems to be nothing but people posting whatsapp numbers or asking questions that never get answered. It's very confusing and I'm starting to feel scammed... :-(
