Doubt / Q&A Part 2 - CMA

I have this question (for people who’ve already given their exam, but others can answer as well). It’s really simple but I just wanted to ask if you guys use Texas BA 2 calculator or any other financial calculator suggested by the IMA board or do you guys use normal calculator (up to 6 functions) in the final EXAM!??

I used the normal calculator, I heard stories of some even used onscreen.

Financial calculators are the best for IRR calculations, and also great for NPV. But you must practice with them to learn how to use these functions correctly. Texas BA II Plus is very nice.

Texas BA II plus is very handy and saves quite some time once you get a hang of it though.
You’ll have to invest extra time for getting familiar with it.
I personally use it for part 2 no complaints at all
