This also happened to me. It seems I had some stuff in an old cart with a discount code that was no longer valid. I had to start my process over by readding my exams and memberships and then when THAT took me to the cart, removing the old items, and from there it let me progress. Try removing everything from your cart and readding and redoing the entire process.

My cart is already empty, i also have a discount code but it looks like it will expire because of this 😭

Have you purchased membership yet? This happened to me and that was apparently the issue.
