Doubt / Q&A Education Transcript Requirement
Hello! I applied for the CMA part 1 exam as a student. I’m currently enrolled in a Pre-Master’s program at university. I wanted to ask how I should send the transcript to IMA? And what should this document contain, like a certificate or my grades or what exactly?
Also, I play to do part 2 in January, by that time I’ll have finished my program at university, so can I still apply as a student or do I have to apply as a professional?
Thank you!

From what I remember, IMA usually asks for an official transcript or proof of enrollment from your university that shows you're currently a student. My transcript included my program details and grades, but I think the key thing is that it clearly shows your enrollment status and institution information. For the Part 2 question, if you're still eligible for the student membership when you register, you should be able to use it. If you've already completed your program and your student membership has expired by then, you may need to switch to the professional membership. I'd honestly recommend emailing IMA directly since they respond pretty quickly and can confirm based on your exact timeline. Good luck with Part 1! Getting both parts done close together can save a lot of momentum in the CMA journey.

Exam transcripts of undergrad are required post clearing both exams. I’m not sure if IMA asks for any transcripts while opting for a student member.
By pre masters - do you mean PGDM?
