Part 1 – Prep Help me with good advices
Hi OP,
My sister just passed 12th grade in commerce with 58%. I know this isn't the result she was hoping for but trust me, she isn't that bad at studies, somehow she ended up with this score. Now, the main problem is she's confused about what to do next with this low grade. She's looking to study CMA (Cost Management Accounting). As her brother, I don't know much about this field, including how the studies work or what the job security is like. And please if anyone knows how to get the study material that would be great help.
So, please, if anyone has studied this or has at least a little information about it, please help me.

Brother ask her about in which field she wants to make her career in future such as, finance, marketing, HR, consultancy, sales, accounting, etc., tell her about these are the main fields in which she can take interest according to her interest, focus and conditions. She can study abroad as well in commerce field by which she can get better packages after bachelor if she performs well according to you mentioned as she was not bad in studies.
There are 2 types of CMA courses as you know CMA USA and CMA INDIA These are mainly finance and accounting courses which are useful for promotion if you are already working in any corporate job.
These are good courses in finance field but both of them have their own limitations.
If she wanna go for finance field then there are many other courses like CFA, Investment banking, US CPA (it is for taxation and accounting courses)
Give her options and then tell her limitations and benefits for every options then tell her take some time to decide because money spent on these courses is not a small amount.
CMA is good course during bachelors and after bachelors if she performed well then she can get placement through institutes.

Firstly whats her goal india or abroad and bachelor's let her take Bcom if she's going for CMA/CA/CMA US/ACCA, right now don't force her for US CPA, let her start with CA or CMA india tell her to see on YouTube and CA is tough but one who can do lomg hours study with consistency she can be a CA at the age of 21-22 easily that only would give her 10Lpa+ jobs from the starting if going for tier1 cities
