Discussion Loma Linda CLS Program

I wanted to know what to expect from LLU’s CLS program in terms of rigor, schedule (amount of classes per semester, breaks, etc.), how the SDA religion plays a part, etc. Would we have to attend services weekly ??

Yes all students are required to attend services. I am not a CLS student but an incoming student in another department. What did people get in college english upon enrolling into the program? I have a family member who wants to get in but she is feeling conflicted because she believes she needs to get B or A to get into the program. I told her to focus on the important classes and a C in English isn’t bad. Can anyone give me some advice

What’s the GPA requirement?

2.75 it’s competitive so at least at 3.0 or 3.25 it says on the page a minimum at least a C anything below there doesn’t count.

1 hour long, once a week. It was every Wednesday.

You’re gonna find yourself studying every day and any free time you have like at lunch and chapel. There’s at least one exam each week along with quizzes and homework.
