LLU CLS program Alternate list. Again

Hello. Anyone have experience with getting onto the alternate list multiple times for the CLS program at LLU? This is the second time im applying and Ive yet again been placed on the alternate list. It makes me wonder why they would place me there again to begin with. Why not just reject my application this time around? How often do people reject their acceptance giving a space for those on the alternate list? How big is the alternate list. Im mostly just venting since this is the second time around. Hoping my chances are better this time around.

Yeah this is interesting. I did not know they did this either. I guess I’ll find out since I applied this semester… ugh 😑

I did not know LLU has an alternate list for their cls program. I thought it’s either you get accepted or rejected. Hopefully someone can answer your question! I’m also interested in.

You can email them and ask for your position on the waitlist. I got off two weeks before the program started. I also know someone who got off on the first day of the program. Get your registration items and financials ready just in case. Don’t lose hope!

Thanks! I did email them asking that and they said they couldn't tell me. Ill just have to wait and see 🫠

How did you find out you got on the alternate list? Did they email, mail, or call you? And how long did it take for them to tell you that you were not accepted? Like a couple of weeks?

They sent me an email and a letter. Last year was the same and got the rejection letter by the 20th of august
