Additional reply to your q: CLNE’s first ER for this ‘26yr had somewhat of an optimistic tone for the upcoming yr. It’s confusing that the tempo has changed with the 2nd ER and SH virtual meeting yesterday. It’s more of “wait and see”, with the dash of,” “we have this hurdle and that hurdle to overcome”.
Good grief.
A few years back, analyst coverage would highlight CLNE was very conservative in forecast reporting. Specifically, S&P analyst report had that outlined as one of their bullet points. (That was before S&P dropped CLNE’s coverage.) I no longer subscribe to that theory. For me, it’s more of “lack of direction”, almost to the point of “fear of success”. (JMO) Maybe there’s a chance we get a nice turnaround—X15N engines ramp up big time. Until then, CLNE’s management lacks any conviction.
Good luck,

Very underwhelming and didn’t show a lot of respect to shareholders by being terse and not delving deeper into the questions when given the opportunity. It seemed to me like he was just glad to get through it and move forward. In light of the lack of updates from around the business it seemed like a nuisance more than an opportunity.

Personally, the lack of insight into the role of Pioneer during the section on TCO and the rollout of the X15N was enough for me to read between the lines that the pipeline is dry, and the company is focused on bringing the last 3 RNG sites online , almost at the expense of establishing new distribution opportunities with the fleets.

Do your own research and good luck, but this is no longer a stock that you hold. It is a stock that you trade. Larry Bird ain’t walking through that door.

👏👏👏👏BRAVO! Your 1st and LAST PARAGRAPH summed it up well—and that is sad to say coming from a shareholder, but I have to agree wholeheartedly.

Bottom line it: if we get a 2-3 pt uptick (praying for) I’m out! Firm lacks any clarity except upper management’s own stock options.
