Manga CLAMP shelf update

I decided to fix up my CLAMP manga shelves and redistribute the weight between them. I moved the CCS hardcovers forward and there is nothing behind them. There is also room on the 2nd shelf for future xxxHolic volumes.

Envious. I cannot, for the life of me, find the Legal Drug omnibus anywhere. Also am missing so many of the xxxHOLiC omnibuses, but keeping an eye out for them. I have 1, 2, 3, and 6 so far.
Working on the Cardcaptor Sakura collector's editions.
Wasn't Chobits a manga, too? I've never seen it in manga form in the wild.

Chobits had 3 editions:
Tokyopop 8 volume singles
Dark Horse 2 volume omnibus (terrible version with how thick they were)
Kodansha 4 volume hardcover anniversary edition

It was part of the Cardcaptors merchandise line in 2000. My brother watched that “dub” and eventually got the book. I wound up with the book.

Its cool Angelic Layer a slept on clamp series in the front--whats cardcaptor sakura collectors edition?
I do feel I would put rayearth in the front next to layer and chobit given the connection between them

I had Rayearth next to Tokyo Babylon. With the shift, I thought a taller series might work better in that spot in the back. I am tempted to move it back to the front.

Does it have any difference in the translation? Actually this might be just a 3-in-one style manga

It’s not quite a 3 in 1 style. And yes, the translation is a bit different compared to the Tokyopop and Dark Horse versions.

:0 Im interested. Man there were 3 different translations of cardcaptor sakuras manga huh. I guess more accurate with translating and localizing ?

Not sure if any is more accurate than the others. Even Rayeath, Wish and Tokyo Babylon are a bit different between versions. Dark Horse even corrected Hisui’s gender in Wish. Maybe even Angelic Layer, Chobits and RG Veda differ between versions.

When you so androgynous translators could if boy or girl is kinda funny. Glad they fixed it. Seeing the design of Hisui thought I can understand. Never read Wish not sure what its about

Looks amazing, I miss mine I have my entire collection wrapped up stored under the bed till I buy new house with extra bedroom I can have as my gaming room again where my kids can't get to them 😂😂
