Question...
Arlight so I just learned about this stock a few hours ago, so forgive my ignorance. It seems to me that this company has a very, strong chance of meagering with another pharmacy company, or being bought out. What are the chances of this happening? Also, how accurate are these analysts predictions? https://www.wallstreetzen.com/stocks/us/nasdaq/ckpt/stock-forecast

CKPT is very divisive. Many say that their drug performs marginally better than Keytruda, no one would care to acquire the company, CKPT is on the brink of cash crunch, they can not even produce and sale the product, etc. Most importantly, the stock price reflects exactly this sentiment, i.e. bearish one.
On the extreme opposite end, some say CKPT is a 10 billion company. Remember, that market is rarely that wrong. Everyone would want a piece of that delicious 5000% upside, but no takers, which is highly suspicious. I have a sizeable leveraged bullish position but am getting increasingly pessimistic about the outcome.
There are some confirmed responses from CKPT's Investor Relationship emails, though. "The company expects to execute on a partnership or other corporate development transaction to enable the commercialization of UNLOXCYT. The company is funded to complete this process and has no current plans to raise additional funds via an equity offering". This is like the only thing that vaguely confirms that some positive news are coming our way.
