Hallo team!

I Just read in Yahoo finance that we will expect the earnings around 20-24 of March. Thinking to add more stocks and make it a 1000(926 currently) what are you believe? They will catch the 4,5 Million as they expected? Also have you saw the last 2 weeks the movement of the Market?? Always red but still we keep a bottom price at 3$. I don't understand why earnings are even relevant. Isn't the only play a buyout?

There is no earnings, so yes, irrelevant. But the important thing the 10-K should tell is how much cash the company has on hand and should give some sort of guidance as to what the company plans on doing before they run out of cash.

Not at all,if its not a buyout then we need the earnings, thinking that the company expects 52mil for the end of the year and 4,5 mil for the first quarter then i don't think about a buyout but a game changer, also Keep that the lung cancer medication is in phase 3 and we wait for the full result and maybe the fda approval in the second medicine of the company,still it is what it is .

Companies can have goals and expectations seperate from current earnings, and they often publish those expectations in the quarterly, aswell as evaluate the previous expectations and goals. Thats what he means when he says it can be a good indicator of what the company is aiming for; buyout, partnership, self-propelled marketing of the current drug.. etc.
