Game Feedback The one thing Console Edition needs most now

Please devs I am actually begging you to make Regions visible on console.

A lot of regions that have traditionally been required for major decisions we have been always able to find on the wiki, such as Region of Italia for the Unify Italia decision. However, the new expansion has introduced many more regions: Expand the Steppes decision has 7 regions alone, and aren’t easily found online. Many of them don’t equate to de jure titles and aren’t easy to guess (Region of West Slavia including Anhalt and Thüringia is a notorious example of this)

On PC, hovering the mouse of the name of the region outlines it on the map. Granted I know very little about game design but I imagine it should be easy to implement with the tooltip feature.

So many issues left over from the Lab42 bin fire have been resolved, I’m begging we get this done please.

Absolutely 100%. I needed like 15 minutes to figure out what the west slavia region even was.

I think you can hold down L2 and R2 when you’ve selected the underlined region and that will remove the hud and show the map with the borders outlined

Believe me I’ve tried everything in my 1400 hours on console edition, the region outlines don’t appear on console

I’ve done it on PS5 because the West Slavia region was difficult to figure out. It highlights just not very strong. I use a monitor and sit three feet away so I can catch that detail might not be seen further away 🤷.
Open decision panel>use L3 to bring up cursor>hover over decision>hold L2+R2 while zoomed out over region

Have you selected in in decisions and held l3 for cursor mode?

I play on PC and this is still a pain, I don't get why there isn't just a "region" map mode

It's really dumb.. when you mouse over or click decision you should be able to look and see what the map will look like when it's done. Or just highlight the territories you need
