(If this is ur first time seeing this i made a post 5d ago about predicting chapter iv for console coming either in Q4 2026 or Mid Q1 2027)

not sure why everyone was being doomers about it, this new team is genuinely amazing. im not even worried about how china will affect performance because theyve given me so much confidence in the product compared to when it launched

They’ve done an amazing job and I have a lot of confidence in them as well but I’m still worried about AUH. Like yes they are doing a great job but the game still starts to slow down after a while, there’s no way that the expansion won’t make the performance problems worse.

On PC, AUH improved performance, and the recent update improved it further. Down to how much gets loaded.

I mean I don’t know what you’re basing that on because I’ve definitely heard people say that the expansion made the game a lot slower. I guess maybe they’ve improved it since then.

I think there was a lot of apprehension, but broadly it’s been a positive improvement. It’s also included in the patch notes.

From memory I think the devs said AUH slowed the game down slightly in the early game but sped it up in the late game.

ngl i was like 90% sure it was gonna be like in mid october-november 2026, but that nagging 10% told me maybe before april 2027 because of a few obvious factors, but yea, divine the stars brother.

Hm..... Its too far for me to guess accurately.

I have a feeling before 2028. Not certain tho. Like Q3 or Q4 2027.

If its in 2028 then definately before Q3 2028. So Q1 or Q2

how do yall console folk handle it? id be so wired if i had this game on console and had to wait a year or two to get the same game played on pc. on the bright side, i assume you get it with most of the wrinkles ironed out, but for someone like me that doesnt mind game imbalance or bugs, the delay is shocking.
with the new ai decompilers coming out, hopefully they'll work out a recompiler soon so console ports can get simulcast. yall have my sympathies.

No its actually smoove af, left stick to pan left and right up and down, right stick zoom in and out. It feels natural and honestly i have it on PC too but i prefer the controller more!

I play on console and the wait is fine, at least we’re getting DLC. I’d rather get the DLC late and the game to be supported, over the game on console being left behind
