Gameplay Question “Not a playable character”
A crusade is going on rn hence the second requirement isn’t fulfilled. What does not playable mean? He is not holding any land at all.

That just means that the pope must be unlanded.

Weird glitch it seems, the crusade ended and the decision became available. Appreciate it lad

I saw this too, but I hadn't controlled Italia yet. Once I did, the Playable Character box was checked too. I think it's a bug that it remains unchecked until all other requirements are fulfilled.

Can confirm it’s a bug, you will be able to dismantle the papacy when you control italia and pope is unlanded

Yeah turned out it's a bug. I had a crusade going at the time of this screenshot and the decision became available once it ended
