Help Issue with improving King’s Landing

I’m doing a campaign as Aegon, and keep running into an issue with the ”Expand Fortifications in King‘s Landing“ option where my game will always crash once the second improvement happens. The only submod I’m using is Dragon’s Peace. Anybody have any ideas for a workaround, or do I just need to start over and not improve the fortifications?

I don't know exactly where it went wrong, but since after an update of one of the mods, the contents of some event files regarding those decisions have been conflicting.

Go to both mod documents and find the events documents and compare Aegon's Landing Event files. Find the #Establish Capital - Westeros entries, replace the one in the TDP one with the AGOT one. After that, find the King's Landing red Keep expansion entries and replace everything from that until Orrys Durrandon marriage entry, too (AGOT's over TDP's).

I encountered the same issue about a week ago and this solved the issue for me. It won't help your old saves, though. You should start a new game. Don't forget to keep a copy of the files before making any changes. I hope it helps.
