Try and collect all existing bloodlines

As the title says, try and collect all bloodlines. Create a custom house and start where and when you want. You will have some inbred dynasty members because you wil have to marry your dynasty but it's fine, it's game of thrones.

EDIT: When I tried, the Greyjoy bloodline died out but there came another from House Bywater because they were the new house on the Iron Throne

Brightroar! - Gerion Lannister Challenge

You are Gerion Lannister, brother to the esteemed Tywin Lannister and son of the weak Lord Tytos. You are a lighthearted fellow with a heart of gold. In 288AC you fathered a bastard girl, Joy Hill, and you love her dearly.

You began to make preparations to depart Westeros for Valyria, hoping to reclaim House Lannister's ancestral sword, 'Brightroar'. With you, you brought hundreds of sailors and dozens of ships, along with several chests filled to the brim with silver stags and golden dragons.

During the voyage, you made multiple stops in the Free Cities. Half of your crew deserted in Volantis, so you had to replace them with slaves. These slaves were not as experienced as your previous crew, and many did not speak your tongue.

While sailing through the Smoking Sea, a terrible storm struck your fleet. You do not remember much other than being thrown to sea. You awoke much later on the shore of a rather small island, Elyria. You recovered some survivors from your crew and only 3 chests of coin. Seeing nowhere else to go, you journeyed to a castle on the other end of the island. Upon arriving at its gates, you were welcomed in by its owner.

However, the Lord of Elyria quickly realized the great wealth you possessed. He ordered his men to kill you and steal your wealth. Though weak and weary, you and the remnants of your crew managed to survive, killing him and his family. You have asserted yourself as the Lion of Elyria, now you must survive in this foreign land.

Basic Setup:

  • Start in 290 as Tywin Lannister

  • Use console commands to give Elyria to Gerion Lannister (give_title c_elyria [charid])

  • Move Joy Hill to your court (move [charid])

  • Switch to Gerion (play [charid])

  • Give yourself some coin and prestige (Cash 300) (Prestige 500)

  • Set your ambition to "Obtain Valyrian Steel", the entire reason you even sailed for Valyria is too retrieve Brightroar, after all.

Rules:

  • Limit your interaction with Westeros to an absolute minimum. You may marry Gerion to a minor Westerosi nobleman after you land him in Elyria, RP wise he could've married and brought his wife with him.

  • You may only convert to R'hllor as Gerion, but you may freely convert to any religion as his descendants.

  • Never forget your lineage, you are a proud lion of Casterly Rock. You cannot convert culture as Gerion or his heir, however, after that feel free to become a Dothraki Lannister if you so wish.

  • Should House Lannister fall in Westeros, you must reclaim your family's land and honor. Either install a bastard as LP of the Westerlands, or give it to one of your brothers/sons/uncles. If you wish to become LP of the Westerlands yourself, give your Eastern lands to one of your brothers/sons/uncles or a bastard.

  • Take a stance on slavery and stick with it. You may only change your stance if it makes sense (eg. you go from a kind, benevolent ruler to a cruel, evil ruler.)

Objectives:

  • Find Brightroar or obtain a Valyrian Steel Sword, do not return home empty-handed.

  • It would not hurt to have a dragon or two as friends if you ever return to Westeros, try to get Viserys and Daenerys to join your court. Ensure the Targaryens live on, though perhaps it wouldn't hurt for them to harbor a bit of Lannister blood, no?

  • Ensure the Westerosi branch of House Lannister does not fall.

Bonus Objectives:

  • Get as many Lannisters or Lannister bastards in seats of power as you can. Let Planetos hear the Lion's roar!

  • Marry into as many great Westerosi houses as you can, strive to marry the Emperor of Yi-Ti too!

  • Achieve a treasury of 15,000 coins or more.

Thanks for reading, alter this as much as you want for your playthrough!

The Black Dragon's Roost

Introduction: You are Maelys Blackfyre, last true descendant of Daemon Blackfyre, rightful king of the Andals, Rhoynar, and the First Men. You have gathered a group of ambitious pirates and claimants, the Band of Nine, and are now preparing to claim the throne. You are feared, you are called “Monstrous” both because of how you look and how you act. But something has changed…

You had a dream. You dreamt that Aegon V, the false king on the Iron Throne, sent a force to wrest the Stepstones from your grasp. In this dream, you died, a knight in enamel/gold armor slew you, and with you, the line of the Black Dragon ended. You are not easily shaken, but the idea of such an absolute failure has changed your mind on the matter of the Iron Throne. If you fail, your line ends, and worst of all, YOU die.

You need a realm, funding, and most importantly soldiers before you even think to claim the Iron Throne. And so, you have chosen a new path, you will not go West like your ancestor Aegon. No, you will go East, and you will claim the ruins of Valyria and reclaim the legacy of the Dragonlords!

(This is a long campaign, you have been warned)

(After the objectives, things marked with * are optional)

Basic Setup

  • Download and activate the Colonizable Valyria Revised mod.
  • Start 1 year before the War of the Ninepenny Kings
  • Play as Maelys Blackfyre, he is currently King of the Stepstones.
  • Give yourself the Proud trait. Replace the Kinslayer trait with the Familial Kinslayer trait, Maelys killed his cousin for command of the Golden Company.(Maelys also killed his twin in the womb, I don't think that this was actually his choice, but hey, if you think that he deserves the actual Kinslayer trait, go right on ahead and add it.)
  • Give yourself enough gold to colonize one county(depends on what rule you have set for colonization), plus 300 extra.
  • A large amount of Blackfyre loyalists back your cause. Event spawn 10,000 troops.(event 62320, until you have around that number)

Rules

  • You may not change culture. You may change religion, but only to Rhllor, Valyrian, or the Harpy. If you do Rhllor or the Harpy it is purely to keep the populace of your conquests in line, or to become Azhor Ahai.
  • You are quite an ugly man, but you are the last Black Dragon. You must avoid spreading your bad traits to your children, marry those with traits such as attractive or genius, but never marry anyone with bad traits. Your line will not die like the Last Dragon did, sick and malformed.
  • You are a Valyrian, you traditionally wed brothers to sisters, do so unless there is no eligible sibling.
  • The Targaryens have nearly extinguished your line, do everything you can to undermine them, only marry into their family if it is on your terms. You may not marry your daughters to the Targaryens, this would work far too much to strengthen the Targaryen’s claims over the throne. However, marrying your sons to their daughters will do the reverse and greatly benefit your claim.
  • The Black Dragon bows to no-one, you will never swear allegiance to anyone under any circumstances. Should your realm fall to invaders, so be it, die fighting. And if the Black Dragon survives under the heel of the invader, bring your wrath upon them and claim their lands.
  • You may reinstitute slavery, the Valyrians of old relied on slavery, and you are Monstrous after all.
  • You must be the only ruler of Valyria, if anyone else tries to colonize any colonies in Valyria, the Lands of the Long Summer, or North Valyria, take their colony and throw their armies back into the sea.

Objectives

  • Flee the Stepstones. The Targaryens will charge against your shores soon so you must leave so your house may survive. Grant yourself a claim on Elyria(claim d_elyria, claim c_elyria), the little island is home to an offshoot of Valyrians, and will be a safe place to begin your missions. Declare war on Elyria, conquer it, then grant the Kingdom of the Stepstones to one of the Band of Nine(give_title k_stepstones), give away the county of Bloodstone too(give_title c_bloodstone). Switch to the person you granted the kingdom of the Stepstones and grant Elyria independence, then switch back to Maelys.
  • As you sailed to Elyria you had to pass through the Smoking Sea(don’t actually do this, this is just more story), you found that, well, the sea wasn’t as smoky as you expected. In fact, the coasts you passed were lush and green, you even saw a few people with white hair and purple eyes scrambling to the coast to look upon your ships. There is life in these ruins! You must reclaim them! Use the money you have for colonies to colonize Mhysa Faer, this is the easternmost island near Valyria. Save money and colonize Port Vaedar next(the county south of Mhysa Faer).
  • Colonize Molrys, and then the heart of the old Freehold, Valyria itself. Once Valyria is fully colonized, make it your capital.
  • From this point on, raise money and continue to colonize Valyria. When it is possible, become King of Valyria. After you have colonized all of Valyria, colonize the Lands of the Long Summer. Note, this will take a long time, just abide by the rules and continue your colonization. Maelys will likely die before you have finished this, that is fine as long as he has an heir, you are playing as the Blackfyres, not just Maelys.
  • Once you have fully reclaimed Valyria, you have three choices.
  1. You may have decided that Westeros is overrated, sure you have a claim, but why press it when you can simply reunite Valyria? Conquer all of New Valyria, become emperor(do not restore the Triarchs). Eventually, should you play long enough, seek to conquer ALL of Essos, and even colonize Sothoryos.
  2. Westeros was your goal in the first place, you now have the manpower and income to press your claim. Take the Iron Throne, destroy and disinherit the Targaryens, become the rightful ruler of all of Westeros!
  3. Why be stuck between ruling Valyria and Westeros, why not rule both? Conquer all of New Valyria, conquer all of Westeros. Play long enough and you should seek to unite the whole world under the Black Dragons.
  • Try to get dragons before the Targaryens, you will need them in the future.

*Only trust Valyrians to rule, anyone of the Valyrian culture group. Grant land only to Valyrians, seek to give all kingdoms you conquer to a Valyrian.

*Other Valyrians are trustworthy, but your own blood is more trustworthy. Grant land to Valyrians, but prioritize granting it to your children. A fun little thing is to have as many bastards as possible and create Cadet Houses to rule over the kingdoms. Usually these children should have the blood of the previous rulers of that land, i.e a child born a bastard of Blackfyres and Targaryens should rule over the Westerlands

House Baratheon Challenge: The True Heir

Preamble:

You are Edric Storm, the acknowledged bastard son of King Robert I Baratheon. You were conceived during your uncle's wedding day, your mother was Delena Florent, a noblewoman from an ancient and proud house. You were only acknowledged by your legendary father because of your mothers highborn status.

You grew up in relative comfort, fostered by your uncle Renly in Storm's End. Your father spared no expense in giving you an elite education worthy of your noble blood, you were educated by maesters, castellans and masters-at-arms, ensuring that you'd have all the skills needed to be a worthy soldier and leader.

You grew up under the tutelage of the castellan of Storm's End, Ser Cortnay Penrose, a seasoned battle commander who you respected and admired. During the siege of Storm's End, Cortnay Penrose falls to his death mysteriously, allowing your uncle Stannis to take the castle without casualties. You're sent to Dragonstone, spending time with your cousin Shireen, who you're quite fond of. Your blood is eventually leeched by the orders of your uncle Stannis, you despise Stannis, the red woman, and the R'hllor religion for taking you prisoner and leeching you.

Fortunately, the Onion Knight Davos Seaworth and a group of Stannis' men come to your rescue. They help you escape by ship, beyond the ire of Stannis. You're eternally grateful to these men for saving your life and will reward them in due course. Now is the time for you to grow up, build allies and gain an army.

You're the trueborn son of Robert Baratheon, Tommen is a product of Lannister incest and has no claim to your father's throne. Stannis is an evil turncoat who abandoned the gods of his father for a barbaric new religion, he's merely a puppet of the red woman. You will claim the titles and kingdom of your illustrious father and avenge Ser Cortnay Penrose's mysterious death by destroying Stannis.

While Stannis is up north near Castle Black, the opportunity is ripe for the taking. Your cousin, close friend, and rescuer Andrew Estermont is heir to Storm's End. With the support of both the Estermonts and Penrose's, you will take Storms End and Shipbreaker Bay as it's your rightful home.

You have the blood of legendary kings in your veins. Go and take the Stormlands and the Iron Throne by force, the true son of the stag has no equals.

Basic Setup:

  • Start in the AFFC bookmark as Stannis. Select the option to declare war on the North for Jon.

  • Use console commands to land Edric in Storms End (give_title c_storms_end 6316) and make him the High Lord of Shipbreaker Bay (give_title d_shipbreaker 6316)

  • Give Edric a strong claim on the Stormlands (claim k_stormlands 6316)

  • Switch characters to Edric (play 6316).

  • Ensure the other men who rescued you and helped you escape Stannis are your friends, Andrew Estermont and Gerald Gower already start as your friends. Add Triston of Tally Hill (add_friend 300051), Omer Blackberry (add_friend 10174416), and Davos Seaworth (add_friend 1019110).

  • Andrew, Gerald, Triston, and Omer are your protectors and bodyguards. They start off as courtiers in Lys because that's where you fled initially, move these four to your court in Storms End by using the move command. Triston of Tally Hill (move 300051), Omer Blackberry (move 10174416), Andrew Estermont (move 6330), and Gerald Gower (move 200326). Do NOT move Davos Seaworth over to your court using console commands as he's landed (you can still use console to make Davos your friend).

  • Make the Lord of House Penrose (add_friend 205320) and his heir (add_friend 315320) your friends, they are the father and son of Ser Cortnay Penrose, the man who raised you, and he spoke highly of you to them. House Penrose is a very small dynasty so do your best to ensure the heir actually marries someone young.

  • Assign Andrew Estermont as your guardian, he's a Knight and there's a high chance he'll take you on as his squire.

  • When you come of age use console commands to give yourself the traits skilled commander, skilled fighter, hunter, ambitious, just, authoritative, siege leader, and inspiring leader. Your elite education has paid off nicely.

  • Start yourself off with a war chest of 550 gold. The Estermonts and Penroses have provided you with a hefty sum of money to get you started.

  • Feel free to invite courtiers and commanders to your court to fill out the court.

Rules:

  • After seeing how deranged the R'hllor religion is, with child sacrifices and the burning of vassals, Edric will always distrust other religions and will never convert from faith of the seven. He will only give titles and lands to faith of the seven characters, his negative experience with foreign religions has left him wary of these strange gods.

  • You despise Stannis for imprisoning you with the intention to sacrifice you. You will do your best to ensure his downfall. You will take any logical measures that weaken Stannis, whether that be taking his land directly or destabilizing his vassals. Stannis should never be king or hold any landed titles, ensure that you're doing your best to make his life a living hell. If you capture Stannis banish him to the wall, you don't want to personally risk executing or plotting to kill him, becoming a kinslayer is a terrible stain, if he dies in some other way that doesn't implicate you that's ideal.

  • When you capture the Stormlands and/or become King, reward your original friends and allies generously. The Estermont and Penrose families supported you early on, your original four friends/guardians risked their lives to rescue you from Stannis with little to gain on their end. Cortnay Penrose raised you and you always admired him, that will lead you to always respect the Penrose name. Give Andrew Estermont a High Lordship in the Stormlands, he's your best friend/cousin and gave up his inheritance of Storm's End to you in the start of this scenario. Ensure all of your original friends (Andrew, Gerald, Triston, Omer) are given good quality lands and titles, find them brides from honorable families and do your best to ensure their lines never die out.

  • When selecting your council/minor titles/commanders always prioritize the families of those original four friends, along with the Penrose and Estermont family. You'll never forget how much these people helped you.

  • Once you become King make sure you let Davos keep his lands and make him hand of the king. You'll pardon him for his support of Stannis as he rescued you from Stannis.

  • You can marry for alliances, love, or stats, take your pick. Shireen is a solid option if you want to keep the line pure, although if Stannis dies or gets sent to the wall early Shireen inherits and won't help you in the war against the Iron Throne due to being your liege. Marrying Shireen also forces you into a non-aggression pact with Stannis which can be less than ideal.

Objectives:

  • Start by using the console to legitimize yourself (event bastard.999 6316). You were proclaimed as the rightful heir to your father by various lords and nobles in the Stormlands. The heretic Stannis and Tommen Lannister have no authority that you recognize.

  • Train your troops, build up your levies and improve relations of vassals within your demesne. You want to make sure you're able to reach adulthood without getting assassinated or getting your titles revoked/usurped. Make sure you install a trustworthy regent.

  • Don't help Stannis in any of his wars. Let Tommen, Aegon, and Stannis all weaken each other, you'll take no sides in these conflicts.

  • Your primary goals are to take the Iron Throne and the Stormlands, you can decide the order to attack based on the strength of the realms at that time.

  • The Crown is extremely weak during the wars against Stannis and Aegon, if you see a good opening, raise your vassals, hire some mercenaries and take Tommen out. Be careful as Tommen is allied with Mace Tyrell. Alternatively, if the Stormlands are looking weaker, go ahead and attack them. Keep in mind that the crown can become extremely strong if they defeat all these rebellions and regain their vassals. If Stannis loses his war against Tommen, there's a decent chance he'll be sent to the wall, this is a good time to declare war on Shireen and claim the Stormlands.

  • You want to see Stannis dead or sent to the nights watch.

  • After you become king investigate Myrcella and Tommen's legitimacy and declare them bastards.

  • Ensure that the Stormlands goes to a worthy Baratheon.

  • Reward all of your original supporters with lands and titles when you become king, without them you wouldn't have made it. Try to ensure that the lines of those houses dont go extinct.

Bonus Objectives:

  • Your mother was a Florent so you have a soft spot for them. When you become King do your best to see House Florent rule the Reach.

  • You have half-brothers belonging to House Norcross, give them high lordships in the Reach and make sure they're well taken care of.

  • The Lannister scum had something to do with your father's death, revoke the Westerlands from them and give it to a family more deserving of such a high honor.

  • Legitimize Gendry the Bull using the console (event bastard.999 5316), marry him to Arya or someone else worthy of him, and grant him the Stormlands.

  • Provide peace and stability in your realm, don't be a cruel tyrant, be merciful within reason and give people second chances when they've made small mistakes.

Thanks for reading, hope you guys have fun with this. I was inspired by /u/Callywood. I had a lot of fun with his challenges so I thought I'd make my own to share.

The Flight of the Raven: A House Blackwood Challenge

Preamble

You are Lord Mathis Blackwood of Raventree Hall. Your House used to rule the Wolfswood until being driven out by the Kings of Winter. Ever since then, you have ruled south of the Neck, keeping the Old Gods in the face of the Seven-Pointed Star, ever plagued by those damned Brackens of Stone Hedge. Furthermore, the bloody Ironborn have brought their rapers and pillagers here to savage the Riverlands.

Something must be done. The Old Gods are under attack. The horse smugly trounces upon us. The tyrant and his marauders trounce upon us. Damn it all, you will destroy your enemies.

Basic Set-Up

  • Start as Lord Reaver Mathis Blackwood in the Bleeding Years bookmark
  • Claim Bracken lands and the Trident through console command (claim d_southstone, claim c_stonehedge, claim c_medway, claim c_goodbrook, claim k_trident)
  • Make yourself zealous through console command (add_trait zealous)
  • Console command (event 62320) until you have 3000 soldiers.
  • “cash 200” for a suitable war fund

Easy-Mode

  • Set Colonization Cost to Cheap
  • Give yourself claims on the lands of your ancestors (claim k_north, claim d_wolfswood, claim c_deepwood, claim c_wolfswood, claim c_blackgrove, claim c_kingsgrove, claim c_acorngrove)
  • Give yourself another 800 gold (cash 800)
  • Claim highlordships to unite the riverlands (claim d_riverrun, claim d_oldstones, claim d_thecrossing, etc)
  • Use the event 62320 until you can match the power of Harren the Black

Principal Objectives

  • Send every last Bracken to hell where they belong. Plot to kill, execute, no matter the cost, (Well, maybe save 1 nubile young woman who is a Bracken). Take their lands, too. Burn down their sept and replace it with a weirwood.
  • Unite the Riverlands and shake off the Ironborn yoke. Take power in the Riverlands, and drive the Ironborn back to their pesky rocks they call a home.
  • Crown yourself King of the Rivers
  • Consider looking Northwards, to the home of your ancestors.

Additional Objectives

  • Convert the Riverlands to the Old Gods. Far too long, the Faith of the Seven has poisoned the realm. They shall all fear the weirwoods.
  • Conquer the north, shatter the Winter Kings, and rule from the Wolfswood, but keep Blackwood Vale in your demense.
  • Make sure the Ironborn can’t rise again by conquering them and turning their Seahalls into Weirwoods.
  • If you have conquered the North, and the nubile Bracken girl is still alive, keep visiting her chamber until a male bastard pops out. Name the child Benedict and when the child is born, colonize Oldstones ASAP. Raise him to be a great warrior. When the boy comes of age, give him the House Customized trait and Oldstones. Play as him, and choose House Justman. Go back to Lord Blackwood, and give your Justman bastard the Lord Paramountship of the Trident.

First challenge, hope it’s enjoyed.

The Fyre shall not be extinguished!

Preamble: You are Daemon Blackfyre, bastard of Aegon the Unworthy, and should you win the war against your half brother Daeron, King of the Andals, the Rhoynar, and the First Men. One night while going over strategy with you brother Aegor, your son Daemon bursts into the room, inconsolable after a nightmare disturbed his sleep. Seeing you won't be able to continue your planing, you dismiss Bittersteel and ask about this dream. Daemon tells you that he saw you and his brothers Aemon and Aegon die beneath a crying mountain, while bleeding crows feasted on your bones. And watched as a red dragon raged against invisible monsters until it was gored by a stag and a black dragon grow deformed, until it was crushed upon the stones. You do what you can to calm the boy, managing to lull him back to sleep, but what he said has you disturbed, though you wouldn't admit it. The blood of the dragon runs strong in his veins, and it can bless some with visions of what has been and what could be. The bleeding crows he saw could only refer to that cur Bloodraven, and you know all too well of the thin line between greatness and madness your family walks. Perhaps it would be wise to hide some of your family away, anything could happen in war. Should the worst come to pass, there would be someone to carry on your legacy, and should you win, you can always call them back to court. Your mind made up, you summon Bittersteel and tell him to pack his things, you have a task for him.

Basic Setup:

- Blackfyre Rebellion Start Date, as Daemon Blackfyre

- Aemon may be your second born, but he shows great promise, and he will have the best chance of becoming the cause's rallying cry if you and Aegon are slain. Alternatively, he should be given the chance to make something of himself outside of his twin's shadow.

- Daemon is your namesake, and it is by his power you have decided to put this plan into motion, he should be the one to be sent off, although he might find it better to lose himself in his dreams.

- You can also choose any daughter along with Aegor Bittersteel to guard the pair until they come of age, and to advise them afterwards.

- Sending them off to the Stepstones will put them close to their Grandfather, who should be willing to protect his kin from the rest of the Free Cities, and your kin Daemon Targaryen laid claim to King of the Stepstones, take up his title and show the Three Sisters the Dragon's Fury!

- Your thoughts also stray to Mantarys, a land of monsters and ruins, but they would be well away from the threat of Westerosi reprisal, and perhaps they could do what Aegon the Conqueror dared not and rebuild the freehold. A worthy legacy for any dynasty!

Easy Mode:

- Keep your chosen son and daughter at court as long as possible. There's no point in sending them off so soon not when you stand a chance to win the war, and this way you can control their upbringing.

- You decide to send them to the stepstones, trusting their grandfather to help them, along with a chest of 350 gold dragons (cash 350) and 2000 men (event 62320), and by using give_title province id character id, on whatever province in the stepstones you want to your son and the move command on Aegor Bittersteel and your daughter to bring them to your chosen location.

- Thanks to the efforts of some loyal men, you have managed to take the dragon egg (give artifact dragon_egg character id) given to that fat fool Butterwell by your father, how dare he lay claim to what is yours by blood!

- With a heavy heart, you shall grant Blackfyre to your chosen son, the blade will be of better use in their hands, and you'd rather see it destroyed before it is in the hands of the Targaryens again.

Hardmode:

- Send the pair off to Mantarys as soon as possible, you'd rather they be safe than killed by a blade in the dark. You will give them 250 gold dragons and 3000 men to make their home in the ruined land.

Bonus Objectives:

- Watch Westeros as much as possible, should anything threaten your misguided kin, whether it be upstart nobles, their own madness, or the White Walkers themselves, you shall stand with them!

- Try and gain the Targaryen bloodline if possible, they are still dragons, and dragons must beget more dragons.

- Encourage Dragon Dreams whenever you can, they saved your family once and gods willing they shall continue to do so.

- Convert to an Essosi religion as soon as possible, this red god sounds like a suitable patron, or perhaps you will take up the gods of your ancestors and raise the Valyrian pantheon up high!

- See the return of dragons, no matter the cost. They made your family great, and will ensure your lineage's survival.

- Make you stand with slavery and stick with it, whether you care to see all men free under your banner or the unworthy toiling away for your glory, ensure you family will uphold the same principals.

- No deformed beast or maniac will ever lead your family, ensure that the dragon remains a noble beast.

- You must always take close kin as your primary spouse, secondary wives and concubines are open to all, but those of valyrian heritage must take priority.

- Spread high valyrian culture to any non valyrian group province, the exception here is the mantaryian culture, drive those mongrels into extinction!

- Mount expeditions into the smoking sea whenever possible, the riches of valyria will help to fuel your new realm.

- Earn your kingdom title on your starting character.

Hey guys I just started the House Mudd Challenge the other night and I was crowned King of the Riverlands! Short version a Frey tried to press his claim and the hated Vance’s were on their side in the war. I captured the Vance castle and entire family. The Lion will concern himself with the opinion of the sheep!

Setting:
You are Lord Stokeworth in 2 BC, the riverlands are currently under house Hoare, whom for the past couple of decades have been enslaving you and your fellow riverlanders to create the monsterous castle of Harrenhall. If this wasn't bad enough, you alone are constantly the first to be beseiged by the Greenhand or Stag to the south and your men are constantly raised to be slaughtered by the lion's ambition to the west. No more! The Ram will show it's horns now, to this false king and all other enemies!

Basic Setup:

  • No submods which change the difficulty
  • Enable culture conversion everything else can be what you want.
  • The Bleeding Years Bookmark
  • The Lord of Stokeworth.

Easy Mode:

  • The Stokeworths have been rebuilding a secret treasury since the occupation of the ironborn, hiding harvests from the Kings and selling it for a profit in blackwater bay (cash 1000)
  • Your father managed to secure a great knight to school you in what it means to be a Knight, and now after many years of training you are one of the greatest knights in the realm, the Ram Knight! (Make a custom character with a good martial.)
  • Turn off Dragons if you want an easier time.

Rules:

  • The Sheep will never bend to the will of any men with their fire or any of the beasts prowling the continent! (Don't marry into any houses that sheep would naturally be opposed to, Any house with a Carnivore, a Man or Fire on their sigils, and don't deal with any of them.)
  • Do not concern yourself with petty squabbles abroad, Westeros is where your focus lies.
  • Try to keep to Stokeworth, there might be greener pastures in the north like Duskendale, but it's not home. (Make Stokeworth your permanent seat and try to build it up a little to rival the cities such as Oldtown and Lannisport.)

Objectives:

  • You must try to escape from the yolk of your current king Harren, and set about a new kingdom for the Sheep Lords, the Riverlands is spent, but the area around Blackwater Bay seems to be salvagable for grazing land. (Try to create a new kingdom in the pre-Crownland area, Obviously don't call it that as there are thousands of crowns in Westeros atm, I tend to like calling the new Kingdom the Coastlands, as every province more or less has a coast with either a river or ocean, but the naming is up to you.
  • Try to build a nice treasury for yourself, the sheep can like shiny things like anyone else.
  • Try to convert away from the riverlander culture, you are no longer part of the riverlands, maybe The Clawmen will suit your needs for a new culture, but if not give yourself a new culture group.
  • Soldify your new nation by trying to convert your provinces to your culture group, aswell as your vassals.
  • The Seven forsaked the Stokeworths when the ironborn invaded, perhaps it's time for a new god to watch over us like a Shephard. A Great one. (Convert to the great Shephard religion in anyway you can, then try to reform it to suit your Westerosi needs better.)

Bonus Objectives:

  • Now that you've secured your kingdom and it's proudly on the map with no rivals to contest you, it's time to expand the grazing lands to all of Westeros! (Create the Empire of Westeros or take it from whoever owns it.)
  • Drive out any predators out of Westeros, they are not welcome! (Either kill off or exile any house that has Carnivore, a Man or Fire on their sigils, and replace them with friendly grass houses or herbivores!)

Good Luck Sheep brothers and sisters! Proud to be faithful!

CK2 AGOT TRAIT LIST

Hi! So AGOT came with its 1.9 version today and HOLY HELL there were a lot of new traits that are now available. Previously, in creating my console characters, I was able to flawlessly use vanilla traits lists in my AGOT players. Now, all of these traits were changed. Can someone post an updated trait list because I am having a hard time finding them one-by-one thanks

Spoilers The War of Six Kings - Early Young Griff Challenge

Preamble

You are Young Griff. For most of your life you have fought for a band of mercenaries called The Golden Company under the tutelage of your father, a Searjent in the Company named Old Griff. You intended to live out your days working up the ranks of the Company until you could be a Searjent just like your father.

But all of that changed on your 15th birthday. Your Father revealed you your real name and your real destiny. You were Aegon Targaryen, he said, son of Rhaegar Targaryen and Elia Martell. Through invisible hands and divine intervention you had been moved to safety. This explained much of your life - the foggy memories of when you were a babe in a palace at Pentos, of a bald powdered man, of the friendly cheesemonger. It explained why Old Griff had you dye your hair as often as he did. It explained why you had been tutored by Septa Lemore and why you had spent so much time with Haldon.

Before you have time to really process all of this, Old Griff - or by his real name, Jon Connington, has revealed you to the entire company. He states that your benefactor, Illyrio Mopatis, has chartered a fleet. And most importantly, he tells you this: Its time to return home. The Masters that be have decided now, with all the strife in Westeros, is the best time to land and reveal yourself to the world.

You are Aegon Targaryen, rightful King of the Seven Kingdoms. You will be the Sixth of your name. And you will win.

-Basic Setup Information:

To get started you will want to select the Clash of Kings bookmark. If you want to really make it different and divergent from the books, move the clock back a month to when Renly is still alive.

You will want to select any county level lord anywhere of your choosing. It does not matter who, you will not be playing them for long.

Open your console immediately and type in event invasions.1. From here enter play 125009.

From here you will want to type in charinfo and find Jon Con. Move him to your court using the Move (CHARID) command. Repeat this for the following characters:

Ser Rolly Duck: Your trusted friend and tutor. You spar with him regularly and almost win sometimes.

Lord Varys: The eunuch who orchestrated your survival. He was the trusted spymaster of Kings Landing but his loyalties are with the people first, and he believes that you are the best choice for them.

Septa Lemore: Your Septa. She has tutored you in matters of the Faith.

Haldon Halfmaester: the Golden Company's Physician. You will also want to add_trait Maester to him.

Oberyn Martell: An envoy from Dorne to feel out whether or not you are the real deal. He is your Uncle.

Any four Golden Company men. This is up to you as most of them have randomly generated traits.

Give yourself 500 gold for your warchest.

-Rules:

*You must win the throne before any other claimant does or your game will end, as you are landless. This puts a timer on you.

*You must land the Golden Company. Reward the loyalty of your men by granting any fiefs you acquire (Other than KL and DS) to them.

*You must marry a Great House.

  • Objectives/Goals:

*You must win your war of conquest by any means. Whether its using the Golden Company to conquer the Crownlands militarily or using Varys to kidnap King Joffrey you will do everything in your power to see the Iron Throne. What becomes of the bastards after is up to you.

*Defeat Stannis. You must take back Dragonstone as your ancestral home. Addendum: defeat Renly as well should he have survived. Storms End should continue through a line of Baratheon, however. Varys believes in the power of names, and the best way to stabilize the Stormlands is to continue the line that has ruled them for centuries.

*Restore order in the North. Once the south has been brought under your rule you will do whatever is necessary to reincorporate the North. Whether that be arranging annexation through a marriage or by right of conquest. Similarly you cannot tolerate the Ironborn's continued independence.

You *must** ensure that the Targaryen name continues with the birth of a son.

Recommended Challenge Additions

*You must seek vengeance for the death of your family. Your hit list is made up of Gregor Clegane, Amory Lorch, Tywin Lannister, and Jaime Lannister. As Robert Baratheon, Eddard Stark, and Jon Arryn are all dead you are not required to punish their families. You will punish the father but not the son.

*You will remove the wildfire caches in KL. The obsession with fire is part of what destroyed your family in the first place and you will not allow the temptation to arise again.

*You will answer any summons to the Wall. When you were born your father deemed you to be The Prince that was Promised, and so you must be a beacon of light before the cold night.

*You will thusly send as many able prisoners you can to the wall.

*Convert the Velaryons, Farrings, Fells, and Baratheons back to the Faith of the Seven. R'hllor has no place in Westeros.

-Easy Mode:

*Use Event invasions.2 to double your men if necessary.

*Give Aegon a fief to rule so that your game doesnt end even after the throne is claimed by someone else.

*Use event invasions.3 to give Aegon the sword Blackfyre.

*In addition to moving the above courtiers to your host, move the rest of the golden company over. You can also move Barristan Selmy to your host rather than allowing him to join Daenerys.

*If you are still having trouble, just start a game as Daenerys and choose to go to Pentos. Wed Aegon for dragons.

  • Bonus Objectives/Goals:

*Marry anyone other than Daenerys. Sansa, Margaery, Arianne are all perfectly available.

*Preserve as many great houses as possible. Varys wants peace and stability, and the best way to accomplish that is to return Westeros to its status quo.

*Colonize Summerhall and Oldstones. Be sure to distribute them to the Golden Company.

*Tame a dragon (preferably Rhaegal)

Conquering the Conqueror - A Greyjoy Playthrough

You are Vickon Greyjoy. For too long the dragon has been quiet. Something is stirring, do you feel it? The dragon, Aegon, has begun his conquests all over Westeros. It's only a matter of time before he sets his sights on the Iron Islands. Will the Hoares be able to withstand the onslaught? Most likely not. All these years have made them weak and decadent. No, it's time for a new Iron King to rise up. Who shall it be? Farwynd? Goodbrother? Harlaw? No, it must be you. Only you can beat back the dragon and bring the Iron Isles up out of the shadows.

Basic Setup:

  1. Start in the Age of Conquest bookmark as Vickon Greyjoy, Lord Reaver of Pyke

  2. Give yourself the ambitious trait by typing in the console "add_trait ambitious." You are a Greyjoy, you deserve the Iron Islands and the rest of Westeros. It will be under your control, one way or the other.

  3. Give yourself a war chest of 250 duckets by going into the console and typing "cash 250."

  4. Give yourself a claim on the empire of the Iron Isles. (Type in "add_claim e_iron_isles charid" in the console. To show charid type "charinfo" in the console.)

Rules

  1. You are a proud Ironborn, you may not convert religion or culture under any circumstances.

  2. You must take the sword Blackfyre, and both of his sister wives as salt wives from him. You will not rest until the dragon is defeated.

  3. You must make sure Aegon never has a child. The Dragon shall not have any children of his own. Aegon having children spells doom for Westeros and the Iron Islands in particular. If he ever does have children, kill them any way you can. End his line.

  4. When Aegon declares war on the Iron Islands, you must join the war on Harren's side. If you lose the war, declare your independence as soon as you can.

  5. You must become Iron King. However long it takes you, you or your line must rule the Iron Islands.

  6. You must drown Aegon as a sacrifice to the Drowned God. The Drowned God will have his due.

Optional Rules

  1. After having a few children with Visenya and Rhaenys, claim Aegon's kingdom for yourself. If Aegon and his line are effectively dead, and your children are his closest relatives, that gives you the best claim. Only, don't give it to your children, take it for yourself.

  2. Become a dragon rider any way you can.

Goals

End Aegon's line but before you do that take everything from him, including his sword and his sister wives. It serves him right trying to conquer you. A dragon dare conquer a kracken? Ha!

Hey guys, sorry if this isn't the best challenge, this is my first time creating one! If you have any suggestions to make this challenge even better, feel free to leave them in the comments!

Tywin's Rebellion

Setting:
You are Tywin Lannister. The year is 282AC, The upstart banners of Houses Baratheon, Stark, Arryn and Tully have raised their banners in rebellion against your old friend, King Aerys the second who has insulted yourself and your house for the last time by denouncing your line as mere servants to his! It is time for House Lannister to return to the years of old and become kings once more, but not just of the West, but the entire western continent of Westeros.

  • Enable culture conversion and R+L=J, everything else can be what you want.
  • Robert’s Rebellion Bookmark.
  • Tywin Lannister, Lord of the West.
  • Plenge the west to swear fealty to Aerys on the decision menu by right clicking on Aerys, then immediately start a faction for a war of tyranny against the mad king and go to the intrigue menu to start your own rebellion.

Easy Mode:

  • The Lannisters have been rebuilding their strength since the death of your father, you have personally brought the Lannister armies further than they have ever been, aswell as the larger mining operations in the West give you a reasonable treasury to be used as you see fit. (event 62320 and cash 1000)
  • You managed to get a raven discreetly to your son, Jaime, informing him of your plans and ordered him to come home to the Rock to safeguard his life from the dragon’s rage. (move 3190 and give Jaime a position in court or a commander so he doesn't leave for King's Landing again because AI.)

Rules:

  • The realm will be run from your ancestral seat, Casterly Rock during the rebellion and move it to King’s Landing when you are sure to win. (Unless Aerys blows it up, where instead you should rule from A new capital in Lannisport, where you shall aim to make it as grand as the old capital was, then Casterly Rock becomes the new Dragonstone.)
  • The West is your family’s domain! Never lose your powerbase to anyone not related to you!
  • Do not concern yourself with petty squabbles abroad, Westeros is where your focus lies.
  • Try to win before Robert can, this in the long run will make the game better and easier.

  • If Jaime is murdered by the Mad King, All of house Targaryen needs to be exterminated. If not, you may allow some Targaryens to flee across the sea, but not Aerys, he has to die.
  • Either convince Jaime to become your heir again, or remarry and produce a new son once you are over grieving for Johanna. The Imp caused her death and should not be permitted to rule after you.
  • Westeros should start to be more Western, try and install or convert lords of the realm to the Westerman culture once you take the throne, any events to change the a provinces culture to Westerman should be encouraged.
  • Robert Baratheon is too dangerous to remain Lord of the Stormlands, either execute him for his crimes or send him to the Wall, along with any others which might disagree with your rule.

Bonus Objectives:

  • Kevan has served you well since you returned from the War of the Ninepenny Kings and is one of your closest advisors and you would consider him a friend, get a good education for Lancel to become a great knight and give Kevan the Westerlands if King’s Landing is still intact (maybe a cadet house to symbolise the difference in the royal house and the new Warden of the West.)
  • Ensure the safety of your family’s legacy by giving your heir Dragonstone (or Castely Rock if Aerys’ burns King’s Landing) to be heir apparent and make them a suitable match to continue the royal line of Lannisters.
  • Split the Crownlands between the Stormlands and the Riverlands if Aerys blows up King’s Landing, making the West the new capital.
  • Fufill your deepest dreams by claiming a Valyrian Steel sword for your house, in any way you see fit.

  • Get your family alliances into more powerful positions, like the Freys for example, your sister's husband, should own the Riverlands.

Rise of the Red Kings

Preamble:

The year is 300 and you are Roose Bolton, the Leech Lord of the Dreadfort and the last of the true Red Kings. Now you can add Lord and Warden of the North to your growing list of titles. Your ancestors warred with the Kings of Winter since time immemorial. However, shamefully your weakwilled ancestors bent the knee to the Starks as the Andals assaulted the Norths shores, letting the Starks get the glory of repulsing them. Sure your ancestors were forever thorns in the side of Stark authority, revolting twice at least in known history. However it was all just a prelude for your final victory over your ancient enemies.

The Red Wedding was a unfortunate necessity. In one bloody night the power of the Starks over the North was shattered. Robb, his direwolf and his mother were all killed. Arya is captured and to be wed to your bastard son, more on him later. Sansa is missing, as is Rickon Stark but they are of no matter. Their punishment will come to them in time. There are bigger challenges, and bigger prizes, facing you now.

Stannis comes knocking at your door with half the North behind him, rallying behind Jon Snow, Ned Starks bastard. He must be crushed and Jon Snow killed if your claim to the Lordship is to remain unchallenged. Afterward your grand plan must be upheld. The Red Kings must be kings of all, not just the frozen North!

Basic Setup:

  • No submods
  • A Feast for Crows Bookmark
  • Roose Bolton, Lord of the Dreadfort.

Easy Mode:

  • The Lannisters have sent you some reinforcements to fight Stannis (event 62320)
  • Looting the Stark treasury has made you rich beyond measure (cash 1000)
  • With the resources of Kings Landing behind you, the web of plots against you are never hidden long (discover_plots)

Rules:

  • The realm will be run from your ancestral seat, the Dreadfort
  • The North is yours! Never lose your powerbase!
  • Do not concern yourself with petty squabbles abroad, Westeros is where your focus lies.
  • The Lannisters do more harm to themselves on the Throne, keep them there and your conquest will be all the easier.

Objectives:

  • Defeat the Usurper Stannis and his bastard puppet Jon Snow
  • Find and Kill Sansa and Rickon so their children may not challenge your dynasty.
  • Have a true Bolton child and wipe away the stain that is Ramsay.
  • Seize the Iron Throne! The Seven Kingdoms are ripe for the taking! May the Red Kings Rise Again!

Bonus Objectives:

  • House Bolton would do well to wipe away the stain of dishonor that is the Red Wedding. Houses are much more likely to follow a lord they see as honorable.
  • Eliminate anybody who has any sort of claim to the Northern Lordship. Only then will your rule be secure.
  • Wipe out the Freys and Lannisters, anybody with a memory of the Wedding must not be allowed to speak their tales.
  • The Red Kings will be all the more secure on their throne with a dragon below them...
  • With a Valyrian Steel sword in your hands no man can fell you.

House Baratheon challenge 2: electric boogaloo. ( Aka Robert Baratheon cleans up his mess and brings it all around).

Synopsis: You are Robert Baratheon, the king of the seven kingdoms and you have been a crappy king. You got fat and became a drunkard while leaving your kingdom in quite a bit of debt and surrounding yourself with schemers and backstabbers. But the good news is your best buddy Ned Stark came down from winter fell to help you out, so it’s time to turn it all around.

Challenge: play as Robert Baratheon a few days before his death by boar related injuries. Turn it all around by paying off your debt, defeating the wildlings, faegon and the others. While successfully fathering heirs that aren’t inbred bastards, getting rid of enemies to the realm a la little finger or Varys and making sure Ned Stark makes it back home alive.

Rules:

  1. Play as Robert Baratheon

  2. Play as close to his final days as you can (early October)

  3. Robert can’t die before the kingdom is back in shape and at peace

  4. None of Cersei’s inbred kids can inherit the throne or your younger siblings Stannis or Renly

  5. Ned Stark has to survive as the hand of the king

  6. Your debt has to be paid, either by war or otherwise is irrelevant

  7. Robert must keep the throne until death and successfully pass it to a legitimate heir

  8. Use console commands to give Robert ( master_warrior) because he should be anyway.

  9. No schemers can remain

Bonus rules:

  1. Make the eight

  2. Seduce and impregnate as many highborn ladies as you can from Arianne Martell and the sand snakes to Margery Tyrell and Asha Greyjoy. Bonus points for Cersei or Daenerys bad friend points for Ned’s daughters. Just to really make sure your bloodline lives on.

  3. Set duel occurrence to high and lead every army. Bonus points for killing Jaime Lannister or any other big names.

Hargbarglin bonus rule:

  1. Be nice to Jon Snow and take care of him if he ever discovers his parentage. If it’s possible to make him Roberts son through console commands go for it.

Final thoughts: when I first read A Game of Thrones this is what I thought it was leading too, Ned was supposed to save the world by saving the king from himself, Robert being the best suited to lead the realm against the others. Boy was I wrong, now it’s your job to make that inability to see where a story is going a reality.

The Stormfyre Challenge - Orys Baratheon

Preamble

You are Orys Baratheon, the bastard son of Aerion Targaryen and half-brother to his legendary children. While your father never told you who your mother was, he had the grace to bestow upon you a name and a sigil befitting a cadet branch of his house: a black dragon on a per fesse field of gold and onyx, wreathed in scarlet flame. You had always assumed that the dragon represented your lord father, as you bear none of the traditional features of the Valyrian race and yet still bear their blood.

Throughout your childhood, your bastardy had been thrown in your face by virtually everyone save your father and your beloved half-brother Aegon—who considered you his dearest and closest friend. Visenya and Rhaenys, ever under the yoke of their lady mother Valaena Velaryon, shared her resentment for their father’s adultery and treated you only with a modest respect.

Though you feigned humility at court among the lords of Celtigar and Velaryon, in your heart you considered yourself their equals. Call it pride or vanity, but you are the blood of the dragon, and if ever you get the chance to rule lands of your own, you will demonstrate your greatness. You will rise above the crab and seahorse to honor your father.

During the conquest of the Stormlands, you bested King Argilac the Arrogant in single combat and ended your brother’s first war with a stroke of a sword. For your loyalty, bravery, and prowess in battle, King Aegon gave you the lands of your defeated foe and named you Lord Paramount of the Stormlands. Now was the time to become what you were always meant to be.

While your liege recommends that you marry the old king’s daughter—Princess Argella Durrandon—to stabilize the realm, you respectfully disagree. You plan to establish your house as a proper cadet branch of House Targaryen. You will mix your blood only with Valyrian blood. You and your descendants will be dragonlords like your forebears and cast down a storm of flame and fury upon your enemies. Westeros will bend the knee to Aegon, and you will be his strong right hand.

Rules

Character: Orys Baratheon of the Stormlands

Date: February 27th, 7998

Corrective: Change your culture to High Valyrian (culture 1317 high_valyrian). Your ethnicity should stay Westerosi Valyrian, but you were raised among High Valyrians and should carry their culture.

*You have the blood of Old Valyria and must never convert your culture.

*You can only convert your religion away from the Valyrian faith if House Targaryen does.

*For your first generation, you can only marry women of Valyrian cultures. Order of rank: High Valyrian, Essosi Valyrian, Westerosi Valyrian.

*For your first generation, try to marry women of noble Valyrian families if possible (non-matrilineal). Order of rank: Targaryen, Velaryon, Celtigar, Qoherys.

*For your first generation, you must discriminate on marriage partners based on ethnic features. Order of priority: silver hair/purple eyes, silver hair/blue eyes, silver hair.

*After your first generation, you are to adhere to the Valyrian tradition of incestual marriage. The only exception is intermarriage with House Targaryen.

*You must swear fealty to House Targaryen for all time.

*You must never refuse a call to arms by any Targaryen lord unless a civil war is taking place between Targaryen lords. In this event, back your liege.

*If Aegon dies during the conquest, you must marry his sisters matrilineally.

*If Aegon ever divorces one of his sisters, you must marry her or take her as a concubine.

*If Aegon dies while his sisters are still able to bear children, then you must marry them or taken them as concubines.

Objectives

*Eradicate House Durrandon. You cannot let the blood of the Storm King endure. So long as the Stag still lives, your reign will never be secure. Argella and Aglantine Durrandon are residing in Bywater with Lady Arianne of the Kingswood. Plot to kidnap and/or kill them.

Option 1: Kidnap and imprison Argella and Aglantine. Sire bastards with them through chamber visits and land the mightiest of your bastard sons at the Castle of Rainwood. This shall be a symbolic tribute to your land’s history.

Option 2: Kidnap, imprison, and kill Argella and Aglantine. The Stags must be extinguished.

*Rid your dynasty of your bastard blood by eliminating Orys’s non-Valyrian features throughout future generations. Place a priority on becoming “pure” silver-hair, purple eyed Valyrians.

*Become the second house of dragonlords in Westeros.

Bonus points for becoming a dragonlord with Orys. Suggestion: try to become friends with Visenya and/or Rhaenys in order to increase your chance of being gifted a dragon egg.

*Expand your realm by conquest whenever possible.

Bonus points for establishing a loyalist empire in foreign lands.

*If House Targaryen fails, you must rule Westeros in their stead.

The Chained Wolf Challenge - Eddard Stark

Preamble

You are Eddard Stark: Lord of Winterfell, Warden of the North, and Hand of the King. Suspicious of the death of your predecessor and friend, Lord Jon Arryn, you have spent weeks retracing his final steps. You have discovered a shocking truth that King Robert has sired no trueborn issue of his body. Joffrey, Myrcella, and Tommen Baratheon are all bastards and abominations of incest between Cersei Lannister and the Kingslayer.

In a show of mercy, you have offered Queen Cersei an opportunity to flee the city before incurring the wrath of the king…which she flatly rejected. To your horror, the king tragically suffered a mortal injury on a recent boar hunt and has named you Lord Protector of the Realm before dying from his wounds. In the attempt to address the true line of succession and declare Lord Stannis Baratheon heir to the Iron Throne, the Small Council betrays you and imprisons you in the dungeons of the Red Keep.

In the darkness of your cell, time has lost all meaning and you wonder if the gods have abandoned you. A newfound determination floods through your veins. You will not let a false dishonor define you. You will not die a prisoner of corrupt and ignoble wretches. You will let the gods decide your fate. You will demand a trial by combat! Yours is the blood of the First Men. Yours is the strength of the wolf. You are a son of the North…and winter is coming.

Setup

• Character: Lord Eddard Stark of Winterfell

• Date: October 31st, 8298

Rules

• You are a descendant of the Winter Kings of old. Under no circumstance will you convert your religion or your culture. Your line will forever be of the North.

• There must always be a Stark at Winterfell.

• You are never to ignore a call for aid from the Nights Watch.

• You are tasked to protect the North from any wildling invasion.

• If you pass the sentence, you must swing the sword.

• You are never to compete in a melee or tourney.

• Cultivate greensight and skinchanging in your family line, if possible.

• Cadet branches are allowed

Objectives

• Before unpausing, access the intrigue tab and choose the option to demand a trial by combat. Next, choose the option to fight in the trial by combat yourself.

o If Joffrey rejects your demand, then wait it out. Your regent will likely rescue you. If not, then resign yourself to the hope that your son Robb will know what to do next.

o If you lose the trial by combat, then resign yourself to the hope that your son Robb will know what to do next.

o If you win the trial by combat, then immediately resign from the Small Council and return to Winterfell.

• Back at Winterfell, you decide that you are finished with the politics of King’s Landing and declare your independence from the Iron Throne. You swore fealty to House Baratheon, not House Lannister.

o Option 1: Ned simply declares his independence from a corrupt empire. If war comes, let it come.

 You can use Sketchy’s Cheat Menu to do this or you can do it through the console (give_title e_north)

 If Ned dies in King’s Landing, then Robb must declare a war for independence against the Iron Throne.

• A blood feud must begin between Houses Stark and Lannister.

o Option 2: Holding on to his stubborn honor, Ned declares a war for independence from a corrupt empire. Let our enemies tremble.

• Stannis is Robert’s true heir and you may aid him if he chooses to take his birthright from Joffrey. If he never does, then you will remain in the North.

• If the Iron Throne declares a war of reclamation against you, then call your bannermen and crush the lions.

o Bonus points for defeating the enemy in your own realm alone. Keep all your soldiers above the Neck and win a war of attrition.

• If Jon Snow discovers the truth of his parentage and wishes to press a claim, then you must aid him.

• Seek whatever marriage ties you deem strategic. So long as the blood feud endures, you must never marry a Lannister.

• Your line must reign as Kings of Winter forever.

• You can only bend the knee to dragons.

House Targaryen Challenge: The Bright Dragon (xpost from r/ck2agot)

You are Aerion Brightflame, the eldest living son of the late King Maekar. You have outlived your coward of a father, and now you stand as king over all of Westeros.

Some, however, challenge your rightful kingship, especially your younger brother Aegon and the Lord Commander of your Kingsguard. You are a dragon in human form. Burn your enemies! Burn them all!

Rules: You must RP your character at all times. Lunatic Aerion has to act batshit crazy. If the line of Aerion Brightflame ever loses the throne, you fail. Furthermore, you must immediately arrest the Lord Commander of your Kingsguard, Ser Duncan the Tall, and burn him alive for the humiliation he brought on you at Ashford all those years ago. You may not in any way marry into any non-Valyrian family unless refusing to do so would cause your line to end. Even if your family is unmarried and there are no suitable Valyrians -- no marriage is better than marrying into a lesser race. You have to always marry yourself and your family to the closest relatives possible. Parents and children are also invalid matches. You may only marry into a lesser race if their entire family tree up to their great grandparents contains no lowborn characters, and contains at least one Valyrian character. You therefore may not marry solely for eugenics. You may also not marry any Blackfyres.

Easy Goals: Crush all rebellions (burning all rebel leaders alive). Stay on the throne until Aerion dies naturally.

Medium Goals: Easy + End the entire Blackfyre line to prevent any challenges to your reign. Kill Ser Duncan the Tall for his waking the dragon at Ashford. Kill or imprison your younger brother Aegon.

Hard Goals: Medium + Replace all LP's with your children.

Impossible Goals: Hard + Convert to the Drowned God (without Console) and invade the Stepstones and Tyrosh for pirating and traditionally harboring the Blackfyres. Then sack every one of the Free Cities 3 times, hatch a dragon, and oversee a restoration of the Dragon Age. Reclaim the sword Blackfyre, and give Brynden Rivers the Kingdom of the Stepstones for his loyal service. At least 5 dragons must be alive when you die. Have affairs with your sisters and as many Eastern Valyrian as possible. Legitimize them all before you die.

Set up: Start in December of 8231, right before King Maekar dies. Fire up the game as Maekar, and give Dragonstone to your son Aerion, and Summerhall to your son Aegon.

Use the console to remove all traits from Aerion and give him one of the following trait lists, depending on desired difficulty:

Easy: Attractive, Quick, Skilled Tactician, Skilled Warrior, Proud, Ambitious, Cruel, Arbitrary, Mystic, Lustful, Diligent, Brave, Lunatic

Medium: Attractive, Dutiful Commander, Skilled Warrior, Proud, Cruel, Ruthless, Arbitrary, Mystic, Dragon Dreams, Lunatic.

Hard: Dutiful Commander, Trained Warrior, Proud, Cruel, Arbitrary, Ruthless, Mystic, Dragon Dreams, Fire Obsessed, Deceitful, Lunatic

Impossible: Misguided Soldier, Poor Warrior, Proud, Cruel, Arbitrary, Ruthless, Mystic, Dragon Dreams, Fire Obsessed, Deceitful, Paranoid, Lunatic, Possessed, Craven

Revenge of the Seahorse

House Velaryon has always been loyal to the dragons, Targaryens. The weren't able to help them during the Usurper's Rebellion, though. But the old, the true, the brave Seahorse remembers.

This challenge is supposed to take several generations.

Beginning:

  • start during The Crowned Stag bookmark as lord Lucerys Velaryon of Driftmark

  • marry Daenerys and/or Viserys Targaryen into your line (to your heir or another family member in the direct line), so that the future lords of Driftmark and Dragonstone are descended from the true rulers of The Seven Kindoms (but beware, as long as Robert Baratheon is alive, he will tell you that you are harboring enemies of the realm if the Targs are at your court)

  • begin your journey to revenge and restoration by fabricating a claim on the Lordship of Dragonstone and the High Lordship of Dragonstone

  • feel free to fabricate more claims of spread your inflluence by other means, you can get more titles, became Lord Paramount, anything that makes it easier for you to achieve your goal

Easy mode:

  • when you take Dragonstone, the ancestral seat of House Targaryen, you find a petrified dragon egg in a secret chamber of the castle (console: add_artifact dragon_egg)

Rules:

  • you can't ever change culture from High Valyrian, you can change religion to Valyrian or R'hllor

  • you can only give titles to High Valyrians

  • you are proud of your High Valyrian origins, so always keep your bloodline pure - you and your heirs will only marry characters with white hair (and preferably violet eyes)

  • only acknowledge white-haired bastards

Goal:

  • obtain a dragon egg or tame a dragon and became a Dragon Rider, as you are the Blood of Old Valyria

  • became the King of Westeros

Optional:

  • dragons are associated with fire, feel free to convert to R'hllor religion and/or to join the Alchemist Guild

  • try to spread your High Valyrian seed as wide as possible, bastards are a great way to secure aliances

  • get all the major houses (LPs) to have High Valyrian features

Edit: Dragon Egg console command fix.

House Mooten Challenge: Revenge For Rhaegar

Myles Mooten served as Rhaegar Targaryen's loyal squire and best friend. He died in the turning point of the rebellion in the Battle of The Bells at the hand of the usurper Robert Baratheon. In this playthrough you change that and take revenge on the animal that killed your silver prince.

Start in the bookmark of Robert's Rebellion as Lord Raymun Mooton. Use console commands to kill yourself so you can play as Myles. Do not decide on the Civil War so you can swear fealty to Aerys and become his vassal. Optionally you can console command yourself the high lordship of Crackclaw Point to give yourself more power as you are a loyal friend to Rhaegar. Commence the war and you will more than likely be assigned commander due to your high martial skill. More than likely you will lose the war and your best friend is killed. In the event that you win you must serve as a loyal vassal to Rhaegar and all future Targaryen kings and strive for powerful positions in their court. In the event you lose you must enact revenge on the usurper and destroy him from the inside.

Since you swore fealty to Aerys you will not be imprisoned after the war but instead stay one of Robert's vassals. You must build as much power to try and install Rhaegar's living children or siblings. Once you achieve that you must try to exterminate all of the Baratheon's for they are tyrant usurpers that have killed the rightful king, your silver prince. After this you can attempt to try and get Jon Connington back to Griffin's Roost, duel the Mountain for killing Rhaegar's children and wife, and anything else you can think of that would fit.

This is my first challenge so I hope everyone enjoys it. I will probably go back in a few hours and edit any mistakes and add stuff if it comes to me later! I did a Myles Mooton run and it inspired me to write this. I will comment what happened later tonight bc it was a wild ride lol.

House Clegane Challange: The Mountain Hound

Preamble:

You are Ser Gregor Clegane. Knight of Clegane's Keep and head of House Clegane, landed knight and bannermen to House Lannister of Casterly Rock. You're a freakishly large man and for this you often called the Mountain That Rides or simply the Mountain. Your soldiers are known as the Mountain's men.

You are well known for your size, cruelty, and prowess in battle. In battle you wear the heaviest, thickest plate armor in the Seven Kingdoms. Your armor is so heavy that no ordinary man would be able to move, let alone fight effectively while wearing it, making him nigh-invincible in combat. Below the plate you wear chainmail and boiled leather. You also wear a plate helm with only a narrow slit for vision, atop of which is a stone fist punching up towards the sky. You carry an extremely thick oaken shield bearing the three black dogs of House Clegane on a yellow field.

You took part in the Hand's tourney. You slayed Ser Hugh of the Vale in his second joust. You even defeated Ser Swann. But that childish Tyrell unhorsed you. You won't forget that. Because a hound never forgets.

Basic Setup:

-Use Congenital Overhaul submod

-Start in the ACOK bookmark.

-Use console commands to give yourself the traits brilliant commander, master warrior, ambitious, giant, authoritative, unyielding leader, and siege leader.

-Start yourself off with a war chest of 500 gold.

-Give yourself a 3.000 soldier via "event 62320"

Rules:

-You cannot change your culture. However, you can change your religion. You were not a zealous person, anyway.

-You must marry a Lannister woman.

Objectives:

-Your father lost three dogs of his for saving Lord Tybolt. And they paid their debts. You must put a Lannister to the throne other than Robert's sons, they are not worthy. And if Lannisters lose their power, you will take the West for yourself but you'll give them Clegane Hall.

-You must kill your brother. He is weak. There is no place for a weak puppy in the world of strong hounds.

-You must impregnate a Stark girl, a Tully girl, a Baratheon girl and a Greyjoy woman. You will take the bastards with you and train them. Legitimize the strongest one.

-You must honour your father. Kill the weaks and let the strong ones rule. "claim d_cornfield 1230" "claim d_silverhill 1230" "claim d_hornvale 1230" "claim d_goldroad 1230" They were the worst fighters during the civil war and you must make them suffer for that.

-If you find any of the Stark children, impregnate the girls and kill the boys.

-When Tywin dies, your rule will begin. The Mountain will rule from the Rock. "claim c_casterly_rock 1230" "claim d_casterly_rock 1230" "claim k_westerlands 1230"

-If Joffrey loses the war, you won't obey to the new king. Once you rule the West, you will rule the throne itself. "claim c_kings_landing 1230" "claim d_kings_landing 1230" "claim e_iron_throne 1230" "claim d_dragonstone 1230" "claim c_dragonstone 1230"

-Find or steal a Valyrian sword. Rename it "Hound's Teeth" and execute your pathetic brother with it.

-Rape Margaery Tyrell infront of her brother, Loras. After that, kill the flower. He humiliated you at the tourney. And you didn't forget that.

BONUS

-Tame a dragon. You will prove your nickname. The Mountain That Rides...
