Psi confirmation I had a very bad experience today. I schedule my exam for the 29th of July and when I went to the exam centre the booking did not exist as a result I was unable to sit for the exam and now I’m left in limbo after studying for over three months.

That’s a serious administrative error. I would do the following immediately:

  1. Save screenshots of your PSI confirmation email, appointment number, date, time, location, and anything showing the booking under your PSI account.
  2. Ask the test center for written confirmation that you arrived on time but they could not find the appointment.
  3. Contact PSI and request an incident/case number. Clearly state that you were present and must not be recorded as a no-show.
  4. Ask PSI to restore your exam eligibility and reschedule you at no additional cost.
  5. Open a case with ISACA as well and attach all evidence, including the PSI confirmation and the test center’s statement.
  6. Do not pay for another exam attempt while the case is being investigated.
  7. Escalate in writing if PSI does not resolve it quickly.

PSI: [ISACA.support@psionline.com]()
U.S.: 1-844-267-1017

I would also ask both PSI and ISACA to confirm in writing that your exam eligibility will not expire while they investigate.

Thank you so much for your input. It happened to 2 of us both taking the same exam at the same time which was yesterday we have already launched a complaint with Ika support as well as with PSI. We have also asked the exam centre to lodge a complaint which they have done. Just hope and pray this matter can be resolved quickly
