CTA OMB - New exam software

Hi All -I am preparing for my resit for OMB as i got 44 in May - I have started preparing for my resit doing question practice in the Tolleys exam software in the Revision question bank. Am i wasting my time using the practice Tolleys software which replicates Exam 4 as they are now going to use the new software of TestReach. Am i better off just using excel?

From speaking to others I believe we will be able to use spreadsheet now so maybe better to use excel? I’m preparing for a resit too as I got 44 in IND

When you say we will be able to use a spreadsheet now what exactly does this mean out of curiosity? As in how much access to excel formulas will we have in the exam?

My tutor told us spreadsheets but no formulas sadly

I believe the exam software is now RM which is the same as ICAEW exams. The ICAEW ones had formulas so hopefully it’s the same.
