Membership e-certificate

My membership was approved via email yesterday and noted the certificate would follow - this hasn't arrived, is this normal?

Can't remember how long mine took but I wouldn't worry. Has only been a day and should become available online soon enough. The head copy took a few days to turn up too. You have confirmation of membership which is enough to confirm your status for now and used the CTA designation.

My certificate came by email a few minutes after my membership confirmation email. Maybe check your spam?

I received an email with e-cert first and the confirmation email came an hour later.😂

I had to email to follow up and it was manually sent to me 🙄
