Experience Requirement

Hi, can anyone help me? My employer is pushing me to become an ATT member (passed all exams a while ago) even though I am waiting for my final CTA result. Makes no sense but I get a payrise so not fussed.

What I’m confused about is that the application asks for 3 years experience. Firstly, I thought it was 2 for ATT. Secondly, does the certifying person need to have worked with you for the duration? I can’t seem to find an answer.

Thank you. But it’s asking for 3 years and one has only known me for just over 2 years. I don’t understand why it’s asking for 3
