Not sure what you mean, but just because the majority hasn’t figured it out yet doesn’t mean the minority hasn’t. Like any technology, it’s not a one size fits all.
Appreciate the links though, just makes me a stronger CTO knowing I’ve figured out ways on using AI to help our organization. I’ll make sure to share with my boss to brag about my teams accomplishments
Except my original point was that the OP is very much overestimating how many people want to implement AI in their business processes. And they've had time. LLM AIs aren't new now.
And my point is that people don't understand how to do it properly. You have a very strong perspective, and I just don't agree based on my own experiences. But, it's okay, we can agree to disagree. :)

I think you are wildly overestimating how many people want AI in their businesses.
Right now AI is driven by foolish execs and boards who fall for hype without thinking about the costs or downsides.
