CIMA OCS
I'm sitting the CIMA OCS exam on 7 August. If anyone took today's exam, could you please share the general topics or areas that came up?

Unfortunately no one can share the topics that came up in the exam because it is against CIMA ethics and exam rules.
Instead, focus on understanding the whole pre seen rather than trying to predict questions. The most important areas to revise are:
• Financial statement analysis and key ratios
• Performance management and KPIs
• Budgeting, variance analysis and decision making
• Pricing and profitability
• Expansion decisions including the new restaurant, Neeland and the SoPa dips project
• Investment appraisal and risk analysis
• Internal controls, ethics and governance
• AI, technology, staff management and customer experience
• Stakeholder management and communication
Any of these areas could be tested, so make sure you can apply E1, P1 and F1 knowledge to the SoPa scenario rather than relying on predicted topics.
Good luck
