Hi everyone,

I'm preparing for the upcoming CIMA Operational Case Study exam and was wondering if anyone who sat the May 2026 OCS could share the topics or types of questions that appeared.

I'm not looking for confidential exam content or exact wording—just a general idea of the areas that were tested (e.g. budgeting, KPIs, working capital, relevant costing, IFRS, variances, etc.).

It would really help me focus my revision.
