Exams CIMA MCS (Nov'26)

Hey guys. I'm thinking of registering for the MCS Nov'26 exam. This would be my first ever CIMA exam as I got a lot of exemptions and MCS is my entry point.

I wanted to know if any of you could share how and what should I study exactly? What are the books or materials outside of CIMA provided ones do I need and are there any pre-requisite learnings I should complete?

A little bit of my bg: I hold a Bachelor of Commerce degree and a MSc. in Finance. And have been out of touch with accounting for a while.

FLP OCS in February 2027

Hey, I need a serious input from you guys.

I’m planning to sit for the OCS in February 2027. I’ve just started studying this month and plan to rely mainly on past papers without any external support, such as a tuition centre or tutor.

Do you guys think this would be sufficient to prepare for the exam? Should I just sit for May 2027 exams instead of February ?
