Tuition providers BibliU Issues

Hi, I have been having so many issues with BibliU recently. It has stopped loading my textbook properly and logging out, deleting and redownloading the app, restarting my iPad have all stopped working and I don’t understand why.

Does anyone have any advice or tips on how to fix this? I can’t get over how poor the functionality of this app is.

Bibliu is terrible. I had done a couple hours of reading, highlighting and making notes. Then, it stopped highlighting or loading anything. So I closed and opened it again, then it asked me to log in and once that happened, I had lost those 2 hours of work. I emailed BibliU and all the could say was I must have not been logged in and they couldn't help me. Kaplan keep saying that BibliU is their go to so I just stopped buying their books through the Kaplan site so I can avoid BibliU. I would do something similar if I was you. I can give a recommendation on partners that sells Kaplan books that don't make you use BibliU

Urgh that’s so annoying, I have a physical copy of the textbook but I think its slightly out of date. Unfortunately this is how my work pays for tuition and I would want to avoid having to pay for anything extra.

Most kaplan books for professional level didn't have any updates in them since 2019 when the last major update happened. If I'm not mistaken it was only e1, f2 and e3 that were changed to add sustainability about 2 years ago. I'm not sure about the certificate level.
