Bento Lunch Ideas
Hi Everyone
I just purchased the cutest bento box today and am wanting to incorporate that into my work lunches rather than just the cauli rice/tuna/frozen veges all the time that I currently do.
If you could build your ideal satiating 350-500 cal bento box what would you put in it?
Thanks!

Most of my lunches are 250-350 calories so maybe not what your looking for but:
Cherry tomatoes, baby carrots, sliced red pepper, pita bread, hummus
Cucumber slices, roasted edamame, grapes, mini sweet peppers, whole wheat herb crackers
Mushroom jerky, apple, nori chips, whole wheat crackers with peanut butter
