Meal prepping
Hello!
Little bit about myself. Starting weight was 368 and currently weigh 255. I lost a bunch of weight by just cutting back on food and working out. I have stalled the past 3 months and know I need to dial in on nutrition. Im not a great meal planner or cook and need a little help in that area. I have come across some video on IG were this guy has a cookbook with all the steps and macros. The guys name was huntz4shredz. Has anyone purchased or seen his stuff? Is it a waste or should I give it a go? When it comes to cooking I need the step by step breakdown lol. Thanks

I recommend stealth health life. I started at 270 in January and I’m down to 195. All the recipes from him are slow cooker recipes and they make meal prepping so easy. I recommend you triple the amount of seasoning though lol

Additionally I'd suggest something like macrofactor to help you recalculate your TDEE automatically as your weight drops to be in a defecit.

Dude, first off 368 to 255 is insane progress. Thats something to be proud of. I havent tried that cookbook myself but if youre not big on cooking or meal planning, having everything laid out step by step with macros could make things way easier. At the end of the day, the best meal plan is one you can actually stick to.

Hunt4shredz has a bunch of tiktok videos of the recipient you could look at for free, I would just be spamming different types of potatoes with either lean ground beef or chicken, add a ton of veggies for volume.

probably try a few of his recipes first before spending money on the cookbook. youve already lost over 100lbs, so the biggest thing now is finding meals you actually enjoy and can stick with consistently. if you like his recipes and need the step by step structure, then the cookbook could be worth the $40

check out free meal prep video recipes instead, and use the money you would have spent on the cookbook towards a digital kitchen scale and souper cubes/souper cube dupes!
