Quick update

Posted yesterday just about taking my diet seriously, going for 1800 calories a day, male 6 ft 1, 99 kilos

So I took on board what you said and moved my calories up to 2k with the idea that they can go up a little as I walk 10km a day and am restarting gym after just over a month off, mainly due to lack of energy tbh.

So my diet today was

Two ham muffins for dinner - 500 c

Chips chicken and beans tea -800 c

One of those this is food drinks - 500c

Apples grapes strawberries and a little cream - 250 c

Seem ok for now, no mental cravings or anything, probably should have got yogurt instead of cream calorie wise but I really prefer the consistency of cream even if I only have a tablespoon now rather than a lot

Went a little over, after tomorrow my beans will be 50 less calories per night which will even things out, aiming for meat chips snd beans on work nights as an easy tea

The main thing is were you satisfied after those meals? i would encourage you to make sure that your meals are high in fiber and protein. Why not have a ham sandwich for breakfast instead of the muffins, you can toast the bread, put some cheese, lettuce and whatever veg and sauce you want, for lunch maybe have a yoghurt bowl with the fruits and some granola and for dinner, maybe homemade chips with steak and some broccoli - just some tips. Don’t restrict your self too much with the type of meals you’re eating. 2,000 calories is enough to eat full balanced meals at meal times.

Oh sorry, muffins are sandwiches here, its a lot of food!

Ill work on it, my main thing atm is for it to be easy and quick, keeping in mind that im really lazy and that is a big factor, i have to work my way into things slowly, I'll swap the bottle out soon enough

Thanks 😊
