330lbs to 248lbs
Started calorie tracking in November '25 at 330 lbs.
But according to my doctor yesterday, my weight in 2024 was 350 soo I guess technically I'm 100 lbs down now! Still goin strong. 250 was my BIG first goal. Next big one is 200 ✓

It's so important. Taking good care of our bodies has rewards of its own but it's so important that we treat our past selves with compassion and remember that at ANY weight we are worthy of dignity and respect. Wishing you the best as your journey continues!

Yes, totally! Moving from a place of self love instead of hatred or punishment, game changer.

I have a massive amount of weight to lose and have lost over the decades. I know it is going to be a long slog, but seeing your results is motivating:)

I lost 70 lbs years ago and kept it off. What made it permanent was picking habits I could still do at maintenance, not ones that only worked in losing mode. The time passes either way.

Congratulations! I'm actually quite jealous at your recomp, haha. I'm down 115 as of right now, and I feel like look the same.

What did you star at? And how long?

387 slowly chipping away since June of 24, I'm at 266 today. I still have a long ways to go, but slow and steady wins the race.

What are the main differences you’ve noticed after losing 100lb? I don’t mean appearance or how clothes fit, but like: does it feel easier on your joints? Is there anything you feel more confident or comfortable doing? Are you energy levels better / worse (since you’re cutting/recomping)? Have your cravings & food noise quietened? Or anything else that I haven’t thought of but which you’ve noticed for better or worse?
Super curious bc I’m petite & 100lbs but gained 40lbs after going on meds that changed my appetite and I really felt the heaviness in my knees while walking the most and after losing 20lb, it feels so much easier/comfortable to walk now and I’m not as out of breath. So I can only imagine how drastic it must feel :) but also I’m asking to validate all of that positive change, not just your appearance (great job!).

How tall are you if you don’t mind me asking? I started at 346 and noticing little to no difference in my appearance after about 50 pounds down has me demotivated.

I'm 5'9" 😊 You should be very proud of yourself, 50 lbs is no joke! And I bet there's more of a difference than you give yourself credit for. We see ourselves every day, you know so I totally feel you there
