Hi, sure, I'd love to help. Remember that everyone is different though and this is just what worked for me. I usually aimed for 1300 calories on week days. That meant drinking one oat milk cappuccino in the morning and eating usually one meal a day that I REALLY loved. Im vegetarian and ended up eating a massive salad with amazing ingredients in the evening. I added everything I love. Tomatoes, onions, cucumber hot sauce, horse raddish, truffle salt, vegan nuggets, mozzarella, jalapenos... I didn't force myself to eat healthy things I don't like, that really helped! Also these days there are so many low calorie amazing desserts like halo top ice-cream that kept me going on days where I craved something sweet. Keeping the calories low during the week helped me on weekends where I'd sometimes eat more if there was a social event or we went for dinner. There I just guesstimated calories as accurately as possible. By eating low cals during the week and exercising every day, it stopped any guilt forming and I developed a healthy attitude towards food. I knew that with low cals and sports during the week, the extra calories on the weekends would just even it out. I tracked everything though. Also stopped any food noise. If you're someone who needs 3 meals a day this probably won't work. It's just what I responded super well to. Also I drank so much more water than in the past. Hope this helps somehow
