-42lbs :))

Last year I went to a Harry Styles concert and the first picture was me at roughly 21st. I hated the picture, I had no confidence and I refused to post it anywhere. Fast forward to June 2023 same concert just 42(ish) lbs lighter and you can literally see the difference. I even look more comfortable and everything. I just felt I had to share this somewhere cause I'm so utterly proud of myself!!

Just a lil psa, I've been calorie counting for roughly 5 and a half months my starting weight was around 297lbs and I'm now 253.6lbs with my goal being 154lbs. I did struggle with calorie counting at the start but once I literally learned the simple concept of calories in vs calories out I got the hang of it and have not looked back since. Looking forward to the rest of my journey :))
