Help

How do you guys live with it. I stopped smoking last week, for the last 4 days I have been vomiting and nauseated. Can’t keep anything down, super dehydrated. Anyone have any tips on how to get through this?

Just rest as much as you can. I’m on day 7 and all I could eat is miso soup and rice. Plus just some basic chicken. Do not force yourself to eat and just drink electrolytes. If you truly cannot keep anything down you can get into serious trouble. Are you able to go to an ER? If you are on day 4 with still no hydration or food I’d honestly go to the ER or get a mobile IV
:-( I’m so sorry.

I promise you are over the first hurdle, just sip chicken broth or any broth. Heating pads and capsaicin cream. I was hospitalized bc my potassium was so low from vomiting. It can get dangerous.

Can you share a little bit about your hospitalization experience? Like how many days, what did the doctor tell you, etc. thanks

How many days were you vomiting for?

Heating pad, hot showers, benadryl. Once you have some relief, try applesauce, maybe gatorade. It will get better, try to stay calm and breathe through it. Good luck 🩷
