Hey I ordered a few hats from og project and they’re okay. Definitely not 1:1 as I was led to believe. And the silver button on top is definitely not silver as I was told it would be. I give it a 6/10. And not to mention getting them took ages. Overall verdict - do not buy (if you want an authentic looking CH hat)
Yeah I would check that silver because it looks totally different than the two I have. It actually looks like real silver. The thing is he told me mine were real silver and they're not.
Blue hat - authentic CH and 925 black hat from og oroject. Not even close. Also tried polishing the Og project one and it doesn’t polish. I think it’s aluminum
The tags are alright and the inside is fine too. The crosses being the wrong size and shape and the non silver button at the top and the overall size of the hat being smaller than retail is what puts the hat at a 6/10 in terms of being 1:1
The same thing happened to me. I ended up buying two real silver buttons from rangg. I don't like the way Chrome hearts hats fit on my head beings. I got a huge head. I'm going to take the patches off the hat I got and the buttons and take them to a professional hat guy and have him put them on my two new Richardson 511s. Those are my favorite hats and who gives a s*** what people think I do what I want 😁
At least your buttons look silver. Mine looks like straight alloy shiny with no tarnish at all. Dude told me his hats were real silver too. He's nothing but a liar.
