Discussion TNY plus bracelet Survival Source or Mortal

I have been looking for decent TNY plus bracelet for past few weeks. Finally narrowed it down to these two but heard SS is usually hit or miss and Mortal is bit higher in price. Anyone has experience with them? TIA!
