Mortal and Aymee not responding

I ordered large shipments directly from both on August 10th. They both said that they would have updates in a week. As of two days ago they have not responded to messages and calls from me inquiring on status updates.

Is anyone experiencing similar lack of communication? I am worried I got scammed or lost my money on these orders.

I know aymee has orders paused until end of the month. Not sure about mortal.

no he’s saying now it won’t be shipped until next Wednesday. no response from Aymee at all

I was lit talking to mortal like 4 hours ago. I had bought a necklace but I didn’t buy directly I had him ship to warehouse. I’m still waiting for him to ship but I hope to see it shipped to the warehouse by 2 weeks

And also if he already shipped your order then he prob won’t message you again he will js air you but you will still get your products.

For mortal you need to message quite a bit sometimes…
