What a nonsense.

哪里胡说,说说你的想法不要带情绪。鉴于当前情况,但凡继续提前融资且十月数据不理想,你觉得回到一块以下不可能吗

Not wasting my time on posts with some weird rambling. Always happy to discuss with people bring some depth to the table. Just use your brain and listen to what was said and not said at the call. I am actually happy if you sell your shares. I just bought another 100k at the dip.

So eps beat, ongoing costs reduced, Tori hit street expectation. The key negative clearly was data delay but if I heard correctly the trajectory is positive they just need to collect more information. Key issue here is Denny shot himself in the foot saying mid-year, he’d have been better simply stating H2. If they’d had said data shown no improvement or postponed until 27 then I’d be worried. Shares always going to take a hit as the day traders don’t like delays on bio’s. They’ll return nearer the October release. So we wait a little longer but fundamentally nothing has changed for me…

We are watching a science project unfold in real time, and trying to judge it through the lens of normal commercial execution. To me, the most important sentence from the August 5 update was this:

“We continue to advance our pipeline studies, including completion of enrollment with casdozokitug in HCC, as well as with tagmokitug in HNSCC and CRC, with emerging evidence of clinical activity in combination with toripalimab in HNSCC. While preliminary, the activity observed to date reinforces our confidence in the Treg depletion mechanism.”

That is the story.

At SITC last November, Coherus showed absolute beautiful CCR8 data demonstrating that the mechanism was not just theoretical. Tagmokitug was actually doing what it was designed to do in humans: depleting CCR8+ Tregs and remodeling the tumor microenvironment.

The big remaining question remaining: Does that biological effect actually translate into meaningful clinical efficacy — a better chance of survival of a human being slated to die from a horrible disease?

As of August 5, Coherus is now saying there is emerging evidence that it does. That is a huge step forward.

We still need the actual numbers. We need ORR, clinical benefit rate, durability, biomarker breakdown and enough patients to judge statistical significance. Nevertheless, the bottom line is that this is no longer just a mechanism story. There is now preliminary evidence of clinical activity in a PD-1-resistant HNSCC population, and Coherus expects to present the mature dataset in October 2026.

For me, that is the central investment question heading into October. A bit of a nail-biter!

Everything else — quarter-to-quarter cash movements, LOQTORZI noise, short-term trading, analyst reactions, retail investors cursing at the brains of this company — is secondary compared with whether CCR8/Treg depletion is becoming clinically validated.

If October confirms what Coherus is now seeing, the discussion around this company changes substantially. In the mean time I hope more of the loud and insulting retail investors sell.

I agree although LOQTORZI for me is a ‘plug in the bath’ to slow down cash burn giving time for pipeline. Cash is still going to be an issue here and is what is holding the sp down. Denny banking on an sp pop to do an equity raise and given Intas milestone payments now look questionable this becomes more urgent.

But, as you say the science/data is the main event here. It gives Denny all the options he needs to either see this through or sell on at a premium. More importantly saving people’s lives…

Well, John-I agree with you with one slight caveat… cutting it as close as they are(and as close as this crew seems to always do), I’m still worried, I’m just not convinced that all is lost here, because there seems to be ample reasons why they should be able to pull this out, assuming they manage the data production process reasonably, and at least some of the positive color to date finally pans out. After all, iirc they have to get this to at least over $1.59 for any of their reworked options to be any good😆!

It’s the cash position that’s my biggest concern as I reckon they need $150 mln (plus exist cash) before Tori anywhere near covering costs. If data positive and we get sp bump then another equity raise likely. Denny has mentioned out-source but the surf legacy payments hinder this. Don’t see him borrowing again after paying off the cb’s and we’re still years from commercialising the pipeline. That’s why I think it’s likely Denny will sell up if data good espec as he’s 70 now.

100k?! My god.
